【摘要】：幼兒園集團(tuán)化發(fā)展在擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源、節(jié)約辦園成本、共享教育資源等方面具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì),是解決"入好園難"問(wèn)題的有效途徑。在充分肯定幼兒園集團(tuán)化發(fā)展諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)和多種發(fā)展形態(tài)的同時(shí),也需要深刻認(rèn)識(shí)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源有限性與需求普遍性、公益普惠性目標(biāo)與資本逐利性的矛盾,堅(jiān)持規(guī)模與質(zhì)量并重,引導(dǎo)幼教集團(tuán)有序擴(kuò)張;完善利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,構(gòu)建共同治理模式;重視規(guī)范與監(jiān)管,警惕集團(tuán)化發(fā)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The group development of kindergartens has great advantages in expanding high quality educational resources, saving cost and sharing educational resources. It is an effective way to solve the problem of "difficult to get into a good garden". While fully affirming the many advantages and various development patterns of the group development of kindergartens, it is also necessary to deeply understand the contradiction between the limitation of high-quality resources and the universality of demand, the contradiction between the goal of public welfare and the pursuit of capital, and the emphasis on both scale and quality. Guide the preschool education group to expand in an orderly way; perfect the benefit coordination mechanism and construct the common governance model; pay attention to the regulation and supervision and guard against the development risk of collectivization.
