【摘要】："保教并重"被視為幼兒園教育的基本原則,體現(xiàn)著幼兒園教育的特殊性。然而,現(xiàn)實(shí)中幼兒園保育工作主要由素質(zhì)、待遇與地位都較低的保育員承擔(dān),幼兒教師不愿意從事保育工作,表明"保教并重"的基本原則根本未能在幼兒園得到很好的實(shí)踐與堅(jiān)持。幼兒園保育工作是家庭養(yǎng)育功能的自然延續(xù),對(duì)建立幼兒對(duì)幼兒園的歸屬感與安全感、教師與幼兒之間的親密關(guān)系有著積極的促進(jìn)作用,是幼兒園實(shí)施生活教育的直接途徑,有利于保障幼兒學(xué)會(huì)基本獨(dú)立生活與日常生活交往的幼兒園教育基本目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。幼兒園"保教并重"的基本原則應(yīng)修正為"保育優(yōu)先,教育其次;保育為重,教育為輔"。
[Abstract]:It is regarded as the basic principle of kindergarten education and embodies the particularity of kindergarten education. However, in reality, nursery care work is mainly undertaken by nurseries with lower quality, treatment and status, and kindergarten teachers are unwilling to engage in nursing work. It shows that the basic principle of "equal emphasis on education" has not been well practiced and adhered to in kindergarten. Kindergarten care work is a natural continuation of family rearing function, which has a positive role in promoting the establishment of children's sense of belonging and security, and the intimate relationship between teachers and young children. It is a direct way for kindergartens to carry out life education. It is beneficial to the realization of the basic goal of kindergarten education which can guarantee the basic independent life and daily life communication of children. The basic principle of "keeping education equally" should be amended to read "conservation first, education second, conservation second, education secondary".
