【摘要】：幼兒園教育"小學(xué)化"不僅涉及課程編制和實(shí)施的技術(shù)性問(wèn)題,而且其背后有著更深層次的制度成因。幼兒園的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和課程制度、幼兒教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)和待遇保障制度以及學(xué)前教育財(cái)政投入制度等是導(dǎo)致幼兒園教育"小學(xué)化"的制度根源。為此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)幼兒園培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程大綱、辦園質(zhì)量等方面規(guī)范和監(jiān)管的制度建設(shè);同時(shí),系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建幼兒教師培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)、待遇保障、資格準(zhǔn)入等保障制度,并完善以普惠和質(zhì)量為導(dǎo)向的學(xué)前教育財(cái)政投入制度。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten education "primary school" not only involves the technical problems of curriculum development and implementation, but also has deeper institutional causes behind it.The training goal and curriculum system of kindergarten, the system of training and training of kindergarten teachers, the security system of treatment and the financial input system of preschool education are the root of the system that leads to the "primary school" of kindergarten education.Therefore, we should strengthen the system construction of standardization and supervision in the aspects of training goal, curriculum outline, quality of running kindergarten, etc. At the same time, we should systematically construct the guarantee system of training and training of preschool teachers, guarantee of treatment and qualification, etc.And improve the inclusive and quality-oriented financial investment system for preschool education.
