【摘要】:德國作為歐洲的經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國和制造業(yè)強(qiáng)國,在全球范圍內(nèi)所取得的成就是有目共睹的。人們在看到德國所取得的成就的同時(shí)也會進(jìn)一步尋找這一切產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)教育的重要作用。德國民眾歷來重視教育,在他們看來,教育的發(fā)展,人才的不斷涌現(xiàn),是一個(gè)國家處于國際領(lǐng)先地位的重要原因。隨著全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加劇,各國之間的交流與合作在不斷地增強(qiáng),其中教育領(lǐng)域的學(xué)習(xí)與合作也尤為重要。交流與合作的過程更多的是各國之間互相學(xué)習(xí)、互相借鑒的過程。本文試圖通過對德國巴登-符騰堡州的幼兒教育政策進(jìn)行了解與分析,以及與中國的學(xué)前教育政策相比較,取長補(bǔ)短,來進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展我們的學(xué)前教育理論,并且讓更多的人了解德國的學(xué)前教育現(xiàn)狀。 本論文共分為三部分: 第一部分是本研究的基礎(chǔ)。筆者從研究的緣起、研究的意義、研究的思路與方法和研究現(xiàn)狀綜述四個(gè)方面入手,分別概述了本篇論文的研究緣起,,詳細(xì)闡述了該研究的理論意義與實(shí)踐價(jià)值,進(jìn)一步明確本研究的價(jià)值和目的,充分把握研究的具體研究思路和方法,為本研究的順利進(jìn)行指明了方向、理清了思路,同時(shí)對與本研究相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),為本研究提供了理論與實(shí)踐方面的支持。 第二部分是本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),在這一部分筆者著重從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行介紹,首先,筆者闡述了德國巴登—符騰堡州幼兒園教育計(jì)劃綱要頒布的社會背景、頒布的主體、頒布的宗旨,并且通過表格的形式對計(jì)劃綱要的組成做了明確的呈現(xiàn)。其次,介紹了教育工作的基礎(chǔ)和目標(biāo)即從兒童的角度出發(fā)制定教育計(jì)劃綱要,明確了計(jì)劃綱要的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。并進(jìn)一步闡述了幼兒園教育計(jì)劃綱要對“教育”和“教養(yǎng)”含義的理解、兒童成長過程中內(nèi)因與外因的相互作用、兒童在與環(huán)境相互作用過程中的學(xué)習(xí)方式和成長方式、游戲?qū)和砷L的重要影響、兒童早期良好動(dòng)機(jī)的形成在兒童一生中的重要性、兒童成長與發(fā)展過程中的多樣性與差異性等方面。第三,由于論文篇幅所限,筆者從幼兒園的教育與成長領(lǐng)域出發(fā),從身體、感官、語言、思維、感情和同情、意義價(jià)值和宗教六個(gè)領(lǐng)域選擇了身體、語言和思維三個(gè)領(lǐng)域,對德國幼兒園教育發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、有啟示作用的問題,與小學(xué)的進(jìn)一步銜接三方面做了全面的呈現(xiàn)與分析。 第三部分是本研究所得出的啟示,即本研究的總結(jié)與反思。筆者通過對德國巴登—符騰堡州幼兒園教育計(jì)劃綱要的解讀,并且通過對兩國的計(jì)劃綱要所做的比較,從內(nèi)容角度和形式角度分別闡述了德國教育計(jì)劃綱要的特色,以及值得我們學(xué)習(xí)、思考和借鑒的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。為我國教育政策的制定以及幼兒教育工作者在教育工作中的教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)提供了一點(diǎn)參考。
[Abstract]:Germany, as an economic and manufacturing power in Europe, has made remarkable achievements around the world. People will look for the reasons for all of this while seeing what Germany has achieved. The German people have always attached importance to education. In their view, the development of education and the continuous emergence of talents are the important reasons why a country is in the leading position in the world. Exchanges and cooperation among countries are constantly increasing, among which learning and cooperation in the field of education are particularly important. The process of exchange and cooperation is more about learning from one another. This paper attempts to understand and analyze the early childhood education policy of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg state in Germany and compare it with the pre-school education policy in China. To further enrich and develop our preschool education theory, and let more people understand the status quo of preschool education in Germany. This thesis is divided into three parts:. The first part is the basis of this study. The author summarizes the origin of this paper from four aspects: the origin of the study, the significance of the study, the ideas and methods of the research and the current situation of the research. The theoretical and practical significance of the study is expounded in detail, the value and purpose of this study are further clarified, the specific research ideas and methods are fully grasped, the direction of the study is pointed out, and the train of thought is clarified. At the same time, the research related to this study is summarized and summarized, which provides theoretical and practical support for this study. The second part is the theoretical basis of this study. In this part, the author focuses on the introduction from three aspects. Firstly, the author expounds the social background and the main body of the promulgation of the kindergarten education program of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg. The purpose of the promulgation, and through the form of a table to make a clear presentation of the composition of the plan. Secondly, introduced the basis and objectives of the education work, that is, from the perspective of children to develop the outline of the education plan, This paper clarifies the starting point of the plan outline, and further expounds the understanding of the meaning of "education" and "upbringing" in the outline of kindergarten education plan, and the interaction between internal and external causes in the process of children's growth. The way children learn and grow up in the process of interacting with the environment, the important impact of play on children's development, and the importance of the formation of good early motivation in children's life, Third, due to the limitations of the paper, the author starts from the field of kindergarten education and growth, from the body, senses, language, thinking, feelings and sympathy. The six fields of meaning value and religion have chosen three fields of body, language and thought, and have made an overall presentation and analysis on the goal of the development of kindergarten education in Germany, the problem of enlightening function, and the further connection with primary school. The third part is the enlightenment of this study, that is, the summary and reflection of this study. The author interprets the outline of kindergarten education plan of Baden-W 眉 rttemberg state in Germany, and makes a comparison between the two countries. From the angle of content and form, this paper expounds the characteristics of the German educational plan outline, and it is worth learning. It provides a reference for the formulation of educational policy and the design of teaching activities for preschool educators.
