基于合作共同體的幼兒園新教師培訓(xùn)策略的研究

【摘要】: 教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)是當(dāng)今世界師范教育所面臨的一個(gè)共同課題,是師資隊(duì)伍質(zhì)量得以不斷提高的重要保證。新教師作為教師群體的一個(gè)重要組成部分,其成長(zhǎng)直接影響到師資隊(duì)伍的整體水平和穩(wěn)定性。綜觀現(xiàn)在的幼兒園新教師培訓(xùn),存在著培訓(xùn)過(guò)程缺乏互動(dòng),培訓(xùn)雙方地位不平等,培訓(xùn)過(guò)程缺乏連續(xù)性等不足。而如何讓幼兒園的新教師培訓(xùn)發(fā)揮更高的效益?本文嘗試通過(guò)構(gòu)建合作共同體,并將之運(yùn)用于新教師培訓(xùn),在不斷實(shí)踐研究的過(guò)程中,歸納總結(jié)出行之有效的培訓(xùn)策略,使新教師獲得更快更好地專(zhuān)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。 全文共分五個(gè)部分: 第一部分,前言。主要包括選題緣由、研究的思路和創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分,與課題相關(guān)的研究綜述和概念界定。主要通過(guò)檢索和梳理文獻(xiàn),了解前人在合作共同體和新教師培訓(xùn)策略方面已有的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出“合作共同體”的概念,并進(jìn)行闡述。同時(shí)梳理出一些與本文相關(guān)的理論作為支撐,更好地開(kāi)展研究。 第三部分,主要通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談分析,了解新教師對(duì)目前培訓(xùn)的看法和對(duì)未來(lái)培訓(xùn)的需求,從而使研究工作的展開(kāi)更為有的放矢。 第四部分,通過(guò)選擇無(wú)錫市實(shí)驗(yàn)幼兒園的新教師作為培訓(xùn)對(duì)象,嘗試將合作共同體運(yùn)用于新教師的培訓(xùn)。在這一章節(jié)中主要呈現(xiàn)研究過(guò)程中的各類(lèi)案例和對(duì)案例的分析。 第五部分,在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出基于合作共同體的幼兒園新教師培訓(xùn)策略。
[Abstract]:The professional growth of teachers is a common task facing teachers' education in the world today and an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of the quality of teachers. New teachers are an important part of the group of teachers. Its growth has a direct impact on the overall level and stability of the teaching staff. Looking at the current training of new kindergarten teachers, there is a lack of interaction in the training process, and the status of both sides in training is not equal. Lack of continuity in the training process. And how to let the new kindergarten teacher training to play a higher benefit? This paper attempts to construct a cooperative community and apply it to the training of new teachers. In the process of continuous practice and research, the effective training strategies are summed up to enable new teachers to gain faster and better professional growth. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part, the preface, mainly includes the reason of selecting the topic, the thought of the research and the innovation. The second part, the research review and concept definition related to the subject, mainly through searching and combing the literature, understand the previous experience in the cooperative community and new teacher training strategy, put forward the concept of "cooperative community". At the same time carding out some theories related to this paper as the support, better carry out the research. The third part mainly through questionnaire survey and interview analysis to understand the new teachers' views on the current training and the need for future training so as to make the research work more targeted. In the fourth part, by choosing the new teachers of Wuxi experimental kindergarten as the training object, we try to apply the cooperative community to the training of new teachers. In this chapter, we mainly present all kinds of cases in the research process and analyze the cases. The fifth part, on the basis of the above research, puts forward the training strategy of new kindergarten teachers based on cooperative community.
