【摘要】:人的培養(yǎng)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工程。但長期以來,我國的學(xué)前教育主要是由幼兒園和家庭承擔(dān),整個(gè)社會參與學(xué)前教育的意識淡薄。隨著社會的發(fā)展,這種封閉的幼教體系已不再適應(yīng)于時(shí)代的要求。在此背景下,社區(qū)學(xué)前教育應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并逐漸成為當(dāng)今幼教界研究的熱點(diǎn)。因此,對南京市社區(qū)學(xué)前教育問題的研究將具有特定的實(shí)際意義。 社區(qū)學(xué)前教育,它旨在密切社區(qū)、幼兒園和家庭三者間的聯(lián)系,并力圖通過幼兒教師和社區(qū)工作者之間的合作,讓社區(qū)內(nèi)的每一位家長和幼兒都能接受到良好的教育。本文主要從現(xiàn)狀、癥結(jié)及對策三個(gè)方面對南京市社區(qū)學(xué)前教育的狀況做了全面闡述。在對調(diào)查資料分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究者總結(jié)出南京市社區(qū)學(xué)前教育的現(xiàn)狀,即初步形成了以幼兒園為中心的社區(qū)學(xué)前教育模式。通過實(shí)證的調(diào)查與訪談,又揭示并剖析了南京市社區(qū)學(xué)前教育的現(xiàn)存問題,即人們對社區(qū)學(xué)前教育價(jià)值認(rèn)識上的誤區(qū)、幼兒園與社區(qū)間缺乏相互的溝通和協(xié)作、社區(qū)學(xué)前教育經(jīng)費(fèi)的不足以及配套政策法規(guī)的缺失等。最后,研究者對合理開展社區(qū)學(xué)前教育也提出了具體的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of human beings is a systematic project. However, for a long time, preschool education in our country has mainly been undertaken by kindergartens and families, and the whole society has a weak sense of participation in preschool education. With the development of society, This closed preschool education system is no longer adapted to the requirements of the times. In this context, community preschool education emerged as the times require, and has gradually become a hot spot in the field of preschool education. The study of community preschool education in Nanjing will have specific practical significance. Community pre-school education, which aims to link the community, kindergarten and family, and seeks to work together among early childhood teachers and community workers, So that every parent and child in the community can receive good education. This article mainly from the current situation, the crux and countermeasures to the status quo of community preschool education in Nanjing City, based on the analysis of the survey data, The researchers sum up the current situation of community preschool education in Nanjing, that is, the pre-school education model with kindergarten as the center. Through empirical investigation and interview, the author reveals and analyzes the existing problems of community pre-school education in Nanjing. That is, the misunderstanding of the value of community preschool education, the lack of mutual communication and cooperation between kindergarten and community, the insufficiency of community preschool education funds and the lack of supporting policies and regulations, etc. Finally, Researchers also put forward specific strategies and suggestions for the reasonable development of community preschool education.
