【摘要】：本研究采用基于視頻的問卷調(diào)查法對上海市158位幼兒園教師和芝加哥市65位幼兒園教師的數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識進(jìn)行了考察和比較,結(jié)果表明:中美教師數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識整體處于中等偏低水平;中國教師在WHAT維度和總體得分上顯著低于美國教師;中美教師數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識得分在WHAT維度的得分離散性最小,其次是HOW維度,WHO維度得分的離散性最大;中國教師在各個維度上的得分離散性均低于美國教師。為此,需要從改進(jìn)和完善幼兒園教師準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提升幼兒園教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng),建立和形成促進(jìn)幼兒園教師領(lǐng)域教學(xué)知識發(fā)展的有效機(jī)制等方面努力。
[Abstract]:This study investigated and compared the mathematics teaching knowledge of 158 kindergarten teachers in Shanghai and 65 kindergarten teachers in Chicago by using a video-based questionnaire. The results show that Chinese and American teachers' teaching knowledge in mathematics field as a whole is on the low side, and Chinese teachers' WHAT dimension and overall score are significantly lower than that of American teachers. The scores of Chinese and American teachers in the field of mathematics teaching knowledge are the least in the WHAT dimension, followed by the largest in the HOW dimension, and the Chinese teachers have lower scores in each dimension than the American teachers. It is necessary to improve and perfect the admission standard of kindergarten teachers, improve the professional quality of kindergarten teachers, and establish and form an effective mechanism to promote the development of kindergarten teachers' teaching knowledge in the field of kindergarten teachers.
