“保教一體化”國(guó)際趨勢(shì)與我國(guó)學(xué)前師資培育改革

【摘要】:"保教一體化"的學(xué)前教育發(fā)展理念得到國(guó)際教育相關(guān)組織的推動(dòng),各國(guó)政府積極進(jìn)行學(xué)前師資培育改革,幼兒教育與保育人員整合漸成國(guó)際趨勢(shì),呈現(xiàn)學(xué)前教保師資實(shí)施資格認(rèn)證、職前師資培養(yǎng)課程體系趨于一致、重視職前教保人員的專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力培養(yǎng)等特征。借鑒國(guó)際"保教一體化"經(jīng)驗(yàn),我國(guó)在學(xué)前師資培育機(jī)制建設(shè)方面,應(yīng)建立健全與之相配套的師資培養(yǎng)體系,注重師資培育與任用層面的統(tǒng)整,即構(gòu)建一體化的學(xué)前師資培育制度,重視0~3歲學(xué)前教保師資培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn),以實(shí)踐為導(dǎo)向促進(jìn)培育課程整合。
[Abstract]:The concept of development of preschool education and teaching integration "promoted by the international education organizations, governments actively carry out preschool teacher education reform, early childhood education and care personnel integration has gradually become an international trend, showing the implementation of certification and preschool teachers to teach, pre service teachers training curriculum system consistent, professional practice ability cultivation of vocational characteristics the caregiver. Drawing lessons from international experience," the integration of our country in the preschool teacher training mechanism construction, should establish the perfect teacher training system which is matched with the emphasis on teacher training and appointment level integration, namely the construction of the integration of preschool teachers' training system, pay attention to 0~3 years old preschool teacher training and teaching in order to promote the cultivation, practice oriented curriculum integration.
