私立幼兒園主要利益相關(guān)者的利益相關(guān)研究

【摘要】: 私立幼兒園是利益相關(guān)者組織,其活動(dòng)涉及到幼兒、家長(zhǎng)、教師、園長(zhǎng)、投資者、教育行政部門、社區(qū)、媒體及其他很多群體的利益,其中家長(zhǎng)、教師、園長(zhǎng)、投資者與私立幼兒園的利害關(guān)系最為密切,他們是私立幼兒園的主要利益相關(guān)者。私立幼兒園的主要利益相關(guān)者有各自的利益追求,他們之間的利益關(guān)系有兩種表現(xiàn),一是利益一致性,二是利益沖突性,其利益一致有利于幼兒的健康成長(zhǎng),其利益沖突則給各利益相關(guān)者帶來(lái)一定的危害,不利于幼兒及私立幼兒園的發(fā)展,因此,有必要認(rèn)清私立幼兒園的個(gè)體利益訴求和個(gè)體行動(dòng)機(jī)制,尋求協(xié)調(diào)平衡各利益主體利益的方法與途徑。 本文以私立幼兒園為研究對(duì)象,以利益相關(guān)者理論為基礎(chǔ),以長(zhǎng)沙市十五個(gè)私立幼兒園為調(diào)查研究對(duì)象,在理論分析與調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)私立幼兒園主要利益相關(guān)者的利益要求及他們之間的利益一致性與沖突性進(jìn)行深入分析,探尋引發(fā)這些利益沖突的主要原因,尋求協(xié)調(diào)私立幼兒園主要利益相關(guān)者利益的途徑。 私立幼兒園主要利益相關(guān)者的利益協(xié)調(diào),在遵循統(tǒng)籌兼顧原則、兒童利益至上原則和權(quán)利義務(wù)對(duì)等原則的基礎(chǔ)上,可以從觀念、經(jīng)濟(jì)、制度三類途徑采取相應(yīng)措施。從觀念上,各利益相關(guān)者應(yīng)關(guān)注私立幼兒園的社會(huì)責(zé)任、關(guān)注兒童的全面發(fā)展、關(guān)注以教師為代表的“軟資源”開(kāi)發(fā)、關(guān)注家長(zhǎng)參與幼兒園工作的價(jià)值;在經(jīng)濟(jì)上,舉辦者應(yīng)重視管理成本的投入和對(duì)人力資本的投入;在制度上,完善私立幼兒園的決策機(jī)構(gòu)和各項(xiàng)內(nèi)部管理制度。
[Abstract]:Private kindergartens are stakeholder organizations whose activities involve the interests of young children, parents, teachers, heads of gardens, investors, educational administrations, communities, the media and many other groups, including parents, teachers, directors, Investors have the most close relationship with private kindergartens, they are the main stakeholders of private kindergartens. The main stakeholders of private kindergartens have their own interests to pursue. One is the consistency of interests, the other is the conflict of interest, which is conducive to the healthy growth of children, and the conflict of interest brings certain harm to the stakeholders, which is not conducive to the development of children and private kindergartens. It is necessary to recognize the individual interest demand and individual action mechanism of private kindergarten, and to seek ways and means to coordinate and balance the interests of various stakeholders. This paper takes private kindergartens as research objects, based on stakeholder theory and 15 private kindergartens in Changsha, on the basis of theoretical analysis and investigation. In order to find out the main causes of these conflicts, this paper makes a deep analysis of the interest requirements of the main stakeholders of private kindergartens and the consistency and conflict of their interests. To seek ways to coordinate the main stakeholders of private kindergartens. On the basis of following the principle of overall consideration, the principle of the supremacy of children's interests and the principle of reciprocity of rights and obligations, the coordination of the interests of major stakeholders in private kindergartens can be based on the concept and economy. From the viewpoint, stakeholders should pay attention to the social responsibility of private kindergartens, the all-round development of children, and the development of soft resources represented by teachers. Attention should be paid to the value of parents' participation in kindergarten work; financially, organizers should attach importance to the input of management costs and human capital; in terms of system, the decision-making organs and internal management systems of private kindergartens should be improved.
