教師素質(zhì)視角下的學(xué)前體育教育專業(yè)課程設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:幼兒體育教師作為教師專業(yè)化隊(duì)伍的新鮮血液承擔(dān)著新的社會(huì)使命,構(gòu)建合理、有效、符合市場規(guī)律的學(xué)前體育教育專業(yè)課程對幼兒體育人才的培養(yǎng)至關(guān)重要。該研究通過對幼兒園園長、幼兒體育教育專家等進(jìn)行訪談,對新時(shí)期幼兒體育教師素質(zhì)構(gòu)建進(jìn)行探討,提出學(xué)前體育教育專業(yè)課程設(shè)置應(yīng)在幼兒園體育教師的素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展下進(jìn)行合理構(gòu)建,增強(qiáng)專業(yè)課程統(tǒng)籌性、增加教師核心素質(zhì)課程設(shè)置、注重實(shí)踐教學(xué)的過程管理等。
[Abstract]:As the fresh blood of teachers' professional team, preschool physical education teachers undertake new social mission, construct reasonable and effective, The curriculum of preschool physical education in accordance with the market law is of great importance to the training of young children's sports talents. This study discusses the quality construction of preschool physical education teachers in the new period through interviews with kindergarten directors and specialists in early childhood physical education. It is suggested that the curriculum of pre-school physical education should be rationally constructed under the dynamic development of kindergarten physical education teachers' quality structure, enhance the overall planning of professional courses, increase the curriculum setting of teachers' core qualities, and pay attention to the process management of practical teaching and so on.
