【摘要】：探索幼兒教育"教學(xué)與撫育"的整體性模式,保教合一是幼教理論界給予充分肯定的促進(jìn)幼兒全面發(fā)展的有效教育形式,三教輪保則是幼兒教育實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)的新理念新方式。生活與教育是同一過(guò)程,保育即幼兒生活的養(yǎng)成教育,有什么樣的生活就應(yīng)有什么樣的教育,教育不能脫離生活,生活也不能脫離教育。結(jié)合幼兒教育實(shí)行三教輪保工作的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),教育的內(nèi)容應(yīng)根據(jù)生活的需要安排制度設(shè)計(jì)。幼教機(jī)構(gòu)是實(shí)施保育與教育的主體,要促進(jìn)幼兒身心的和諧發(fā)展,全面提高幼兒素質(zhì),必須做到保教結(jié)合,寓教于保,以保促教。實(shí)行三教輪保模式已成為幼教機(jī)構(gòu)未來(lái)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),它能夠有效避免重教輕保的現(xiàn)象。實(shí)現(xiàn)保教合一,將保教并重真正落到實(shí)處;促進(jìn)教師間的溝通、交流與合作,教師隊(duì)伍更加專業(yè)化。在積極探索幼兒教育與保育工作齊頭并進(jìn)的管理新方法,大膽創(chuàng)新保教合一工作新模式的同時(shí),闡述了三教輪保工作模式對(duì)建立保教合一、保教并重的現(xiàn)代教育模式,改變以往輕保重教的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)揮教育與保育工作無(wú)縫對(duì)接和有機(jī)結(jié)合的積極作用。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the holistic mode of "teaching and nurturing" in early childhood education, and the integration of education and education is an effective form of education which is fully affirmed by the theory circle of preschool education to promote the all-round development of children. Life and education are the same process. Education can not be divorced from life, life can not be divorced from education. The content of education should be designed according to the needs of life. Preschool education institutions are the main body of the implementation of care and education. In order to promote the harmonious development of children's body and mind and improve the quality of children in an all-round way, the combination of care and education must be achieved. It has become the trend of the future development of the preschool education institutions to carry out the mode of "three religions" rotation protection, which can effectively avoid the phenomenon of emphasizing education and neglecting the protection of education, realizing the integration of education and education, and putting equal emphasis on education into practice. To promote communication, communication and cooperation among teachers, teachers more professional. While actively exploring the new management method of early childhood education and nursing work, bold innovation of the new mode of integration of education and education. This paper expounds that the work mode of the rotation and maintenance of the three religions plays an active role in the establishment of the modern education model which combines education with education and pays equal attention to education, changes the current situation of light care and education in the past, and exerts the positive role of seamless connection and organic combination of education and conservation work.
