學(xué)校教學(xué)培養(yǎng)與學(xué)前教育學(xué)生專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)信心的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為了探討影響學(xué)前教育學(xué)生專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)信心的因素及其作用機(jī)制,本研究首先構(gòu)建了包括學(xué)校教學(xué)培養(yǎng)、學(xué)生專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升、學(xué)生對(duì)未來職業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)以及學(xué)校類型等因素在內(nèi)的理論模型,然后調(diào)查了來自安徽省19所大中專院校的8398名學(xué)前教育專業(yè)學(xué)生,借此數(shù)據(jù)來檢驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷倪m配性。結(jié)果表明學(xué)前教育學(xué)生對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的信心略高,對(duì)學(xué)校的教學(xué)培養(yǎng)情況及未來職業(yè)的評(píng)價(jià)也略好;大專院校的學(xué)生及大專、中職兩類學(xué)校的高年級(jí)學(xué)生對(duì)自己專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升狀況評(píng)價(jià)較好。此外,結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的分析還發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校的教學(xué)培養(yǎng)除了直接影響學(xué)生的專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)信心外,還通過專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升的中介作用再次影響后者,其影響力之比為3∶1;不同類型的學(xué)校對(duì)上述兩種影響力有顯著的調(diào)節(jié)作用,中職學(xué)校的教學(xué)培養(yǎng)對(duì)學(xué)生專業(yè)信心的影響力顯著大于大專院校,而大專院校的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)提升中介作用顯著高于中職學(xué)校;職業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)在學(xué)校的教學(xué)培養(yǎng)對(duì)學(xué)生專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)信心的影響中有顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。建議中職學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)理論內(nèi)容的教學(xué);大專院校應(yīng)進(jìn)一步重視學(xué)生專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提升;教師要幫助學(xué)生形成對(duì)未來工作的積極評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the factors that affect the professional learning confidence of pre-school students and its mechanism, this study first constructs the training of school teaching, the improvement of students' professional literacy. The theoretical model of the students' evaluation of the future occupation and the type of school was used to investigate 8398 pre-school major students from 19 colleges and universities in Anhui province. The results show that pre-school students have a little higher confidence in professional learning, and better evaluation of the teaching and training situation and the future occupation. Students in colleges and universities and junior college, secondary vocational schools of the two types of senior students to improve their professional literacy is better. In addition. The analysis of the structural equation model also found that the teaching training of the school not only directly affects the students' confidence in professional learning, but also affects the latter again through the intermediary function of the professional literacy promotion, the influence ratio of which is 3: 1; Different types of schools have a significant regulatory role on the above two kinds of influence, secondary vocational schools' teaching and training of students' professional confidence is significantly greater than the influence of colleges and universities. The mediating effect of the professional quality promotion in the colleges and universities is significantly higher than that in the secondary vocational schools. Vocational evaluation plays a significant positive role in the influence of teaching training on students' professional learning confidence. It is suggested that secondary vocational schools should strengthen the teaching of theoretical content. Colleges and universities should pay more attention to the promotion of students' professional quality; Teachers should help students form a positive assessment of their future work.
