【摘要】：通過數(shù)據(jù)分析和政策解讀,全面分析溫州市學前教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實基礎、人口變化和學前教育需求,尤其對生育政策調(diào)整后戶籍人口的生育變動、省外流入人口生育變動、學前教育需求峰值及趨勢進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出要精準規(guī)劃、擴充學位供給、激發(fā)辦學活力、建立擴容機制、解決師資緊缺問題等建議,為區(qū)域?qū)W前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Through data analysis and policy interpretation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the actual basis of preschool education development in Wenzhou, population changes and pre-school education needs, especially the fertility changes of household registration population after the adjustment of fertility policy. Outside the province into the population fertility changes, pre-school education demand peak and trend for data analysis, put forward to accurate planning, expansion of the degree supply, stimulate the vitality of running schools, establish a capacity expansion mechanism to solve the shortage of teachers and other suggestions. For the development of regional preschool education to provide decision-making reference.
