【摘要】:學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量第三方評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)是打破學(xué)前教育評(píng)價(jià)行政藩籬、提升學(xué)前教育各利益相關(guān)者質(zhì)量意識(shí)、促進(jìn)幼兒健康成長(zhǎng)的前提和基礎(chǔ)。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量第三方評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)還存在獨(dú)立性孱弱、指標(biāo)體系混亂、體制障礙、公信力缺失和結(jié)果運(yùn)用不當(dāng)?shù)壤Ь?而理順政府與第三方評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系、提升評(píng)估指標(biāo)科學(xué)性和評(píng)估過程的規(guī)范性、破除評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)制壁壘、強(qiáng)化評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果的使用效能、加強(qiáng)對(duì)評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)督監(jiān)管是保證學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量真正意義第三方評(píng)估監(jiān)測(cè)的有效路徑。
