【摘要】：農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的合理發(fā)展主要指農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的布局與質(zhì)量定位符合當(dāng)?shù)匦枰c經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育應(yīng)堅(jiān)持公平性與科學(xué)性、目的性與科學(xué)性的統(tǒng)一。目前,農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育發(fā)展面臨資源利用率低、經(jīng)費(fèi)壓力大、農(nóng)村師資力量偏低、現(xiàn)有學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相對(duì)偏高等方面的問題。合理發(fā)展農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育,需要根據(jù)人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)以及當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村發(fā)展走向進(jìn)行規(guī)劃與布局,需要綜合利用與師資培訓(xùn)相關(guān)的政策改變農(nóng)村學(xué)前師資結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu)質(zhì)量的合理定位。
[Abstract]:The rational development of pre-school education in rural areas mainly refers to the layout and quality orientation of pre-school education in rural areas, which conforms to the local needs and the level of economic development. At present, the development of pre-school education in rural areas is faced with low utilization of resources, great pressure of funding and low strength of teachers in rural areas. The current quality standard of preschool education is relatively high. The rational development of pre-school education in rural areas requires planning and layout according to population, economic development trend and the trend of local rural development. It is necessary to make comprehensive use of the policies related to teacher training to change the structure of pre-school teachers in rural areas and to make a reasonable positioning of the quality of pre-school institutions in rural areas.
