【摘要】：對(duì)四川農(nóng)村地區(qū)160名教師調(diào)查表明,幼兒教師較為看重班級(jí)空間大小和材料豐富性,以及師幼關(guān)系和師幼互動(dòng)。在班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境創(chuàng)設(shè)中教師面臨資金不足、被動(dòng)應(yīng)付、方法不當(dāng)?shù)壤щy,但根源在于對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境理解過(guò)于狹隘。必須加大學(xué)習(xí)培訓(xùn),拓展和澄清對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的理解,加強(qiáng)對(duì)本土資源的利用,并進(jìn)一步關(guān)注動(dòng)態(tài)和情感要素。
[Abstract]:A survey of 160 teachers in rural areas of Sichuan Province shows that preschool teachers pay more attention to the size of class space and the richness of materials, as well as the teacher-child relationship and teacher-child interaction. Teachers are faced with insufficient funds in the creation of a classroom learning environment. Passive coping, improper methods and other difficulties, but the root is too narrow understanding of the learning environment. We must increase learning training, expand and clarify the understanding of the learning environment, and strengthen the use of local resources. And pay more attention to dynamic and emotional elements.
