【摘要】："幼兒教師國家級培訓計劃"實施兩年來,總體上取得顯著成效。但是,在培訓機構的資質(zhì)、參訓學員的遴選、培訓模式的構建、培訓動機的激勵、培訓過程的督導,以及培訓效果的評估等方面仍然存在著一些不足。一方面,需要進一步完善項目實施的管理體制與執(zhí)行機制;另一方面,也需要進一步加強對培訓模式的探索。
[Abstract]:Two years after the implementation of the National training Plan for early Childhood Teachers, remarkable results have been achieved on the whole. However, the qualifications of training institutions, the selection of trainees, the construction of training models and the motivation of training have been promoted. There are still some deficiencies in the supervision of the training process and the evaluation of the training effect. On the one hand, it is necessary to further improve the management system and implementation mechanism of the project implementation; On the other hand, we also need to further strengthen the exploration of the training model.

【正文快照】： 幼兒教師的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量,是關乎整個學前教育戰(zhàn)略目標能否得以有效實現(xiàn)的關鍵因素。由于受經(jīng)濟文化等諸多因素的影響,我國東部地區(qū)與中西部地區(qū)的學前教育師資隊伍發(fā)展極不均衡。尤其是在中西部農(nóng)村地區(qū),幼兒教師的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量問題十分突出,這嚴重制約了學前教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展
