【摘要】: 本研究采用質(zhì)的研究方法,,通過現(xiàn)場觀察、訪談收集資料,對發(fā)生在幼兒同伴間的謙讓行為進(jìn)行了概念界定和特征分析,并對這種互動行為進(jìn)行了成因考察和功能解析,而且呈現(xiàn)了教師眼中的幼兒謙讓行為。 在幼兒謙讓行為的概念界定部分,通過對自古以來代代相傳的“謙讓”的考查以及“謙”和“讓”的辭源辨析,本研究中將幼兒謙讓行為界定為:當(dāng)幼兒雙方之間因為某種共同喜歡或需要的物品、角色、空間等資源而產(chǎn)生沖突時,一方主動讓給他人的親社會行為。 在對幼兒謙讓行為的特征分析部分,研究者概括了幼兒謙讓行為的基本類型與總體特征。幼兒謙讓行為的基本類型主要體現(xiàn)在兩方面:根據(jù)幼兒的行為動機(jī)可以分為功利型謙讓和非功利型謙讓,根據(jù)幼兒謙讓的主題(或謙讓的資源類別)可以分為物質(zhì)資源的謙讓和非物質(zhì)資源的謙讓。幼兒謙讓行為的總體特征表現(xiàn)為:以好朋友為對象的謙讓行為為主導(dǎo)——針對謙讓對象;女孩謙讓行為多于男孩——針對謙讓主體:以非言語型為主導(dǎo)的行為實現(xiàn)方式——針對實現(xiàn)方式。 在對幼兒謙讓行為的成因考察部分,研究者分析了影響幼兒謙讓行為的幼兒自身因素和外界因素,將外界因素分為直接性影響因素和間接性影響因素,并分別進(jìn)行了探討。 研究者還對幼兒謙讓行為進(jìn)行了功能解析,根據(jù)經(jīng)典結(jié)構(gòu)功能主義理論的思路,從正功能與負(fù)功能兩個方面對幼兒謙讓行為進(jìn)行功能分析。 在教師眼中的幼兒謙讓行為部分,研究者考察了在教師看來,謙讓是什么,怎樣對幼兒進(jìn)行謙讓教育,理想的幼兒謙讓行為狀態(tài)是什么樣的。 最后,研究者針對兒童謙讓與成人謙讓、中國傳統(tǒng)文化中的謙讓、“好孩子”定向以及本研究中存在的一些問題進(jìn)行了反恩。
[Abstract]:This study uses qualitative research methods, through on-site observation, interviews to collect data, the behavior occurred among children in the concept of humility between the definition and analysis of characteristics. The author also analyzes the causes and functions of the interactive behavior, and presents the children's conciliatory behavior in the teacher's eyes. In the part of defining the concept of children's conciliatory behavior, through the examination of the "humility" passed down from generation to generation and the analysis of the source of "modesty" and "concession" from ancient times. In this study, children's conciliatory behavior is defined as the prosocial behavior that one of the two children voluntarily cedes to others when conflicts arise between the two sides because of some common objects, roles, space and other resources. In this part, the author analyzes the characteristics of children's conciliatory behavior. Researchers summarized the basic types and overall characteristics of children's modest behavior. The basic types of children's modest behavior are mainly reflected in two aspects: according to the behavior motivation of children can be divided into utilitarian humility and non-utilitarian humility. According to the subject of child humility (or modest resource category). It can be divided into the humility of material resources and the humility of non-material resources. Girls behave more modestly than boys-towards humble subjects: non-verbal-oriented behavior-oriented-to-implement. In the part of investigating the causes of children's conciliatory behavior, the researcher analyzes the children's own factors and external factors, and divides the external factors into direct factors and indirect factors. And discussed separately. According to the theory of classical structural functionalism, the author analyzes the children's conciliatory behavior from two aspects: positive function and negative function. In the teacher's eyes, the author examines what humility is, how to educate the child, and what the ideal behavior of child humility is. Finally, the researchers counter the problems of child humility and adult humility, the humility in Chinese traditional culture, the orientation of "good children" and some problems in this study.
