【摘要】：我國當前正在開展卓越教師培養(yǎng)計劃,針對這一教育綜合改革的幼兒教師的培養(yǎng),以"政府、幼兒園(教育機構(gòu))、學校"三位一體的人才培養(yǎng)模式,對教師教育進行綜合改革,有利于提高幼兒教師的綜合素質(zhì),滿足社會對教師素質(zhì)的要求,讓孩子滿意,家長滿意,學校滿意。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is carrying out the excellent teacher training plan, aiming at the training of the preschool teachers in this comprehensive education reform, the "government, kindergarten (educational institution, school") is a trinity talent training model. The comprehensive reform of teacher education is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of preschool teachers, satisfying the demands of society on teachers' quality, making children satisfied, parents satisfied, and schools satisfied.
