【摘要】:學(xué)前教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)同感程度影響著學(xué)前教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。從專業(yè)選擇、專業(yè)認(rèn)識、專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)行為、就業(yè)或深造意向和影響因素等方面,對X學(xué)院學(xué)前教育專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)同感進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。調(diào)查顯示,目前學(xué)生專業(yè)選擇內(nèi)在動因不足;專業(yè)認(rèn)識程度參差不齊;專業(yè)態(tài)度需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng);專業(yè)行為還有提升空間;就業(yè)或深造意向本?啤⒛信g存在差距;個人因素有待完善。對此,提出發(fā)揮專業(yè)前學(xué)優(yōu)勢,激發(fā)專業(yè)選擇內(nèi)在動力;全方面了解學(xué)前教育專業(yè),進(jìn)行專業(yè);認(rèn)同感教育;注重專業(yè)行為塑造,促進(jìn)專業(yè)認(rèn)同感培養(yǎng)等策略。
[Abstract]:The degree of professional identity of pre-school students affects the sustainable development of pre-school education, from the aspects of professional choice, professional understanding, professional attitude, professional behavior, employment or further education intention and influence factors. The investigation and analysis of the professional identity of pre-school students in X college show that the internal motivation of students' professional choice is insufficient; The level of professional knowledge is not uniform; Professional attitude needs to be further strengthened; There is room for improvement in professional behavior; There is a gap between male and female students. Personal factors need to be improved. In view of this, it is proposed to give full play to the advantages of professional pre-learning and to stimulate the internal motive force of professional choice. All aspects of the knowledge of preschool education, professional; Identity education; Pay attention to professional behavior, promote professional identity training and other strategies.
