【摘要】：學前教育是人生教育之始,而幼兒教師作為啟蒙教師,是影響學前教育事業(yè)發(fā)展和教育質(zhì)量提高的關鍵。當前我國幼教師資存在的問題主要體現(xiàn)在學歷、師資力量、社會地位和福利待遇等方面。本文從國家級省級雙重貧困縣的遵義務川道真仡佬族苗族自治縣幼兒教師的具體現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),找出當?shù)貙W前教育師資存在的問題,分析其根源所在,并針對具體問題提出了提高務川道真仡佬族地區(qū)學前教育師資隊伍建設相應的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is the beginning of life education, and preschool teacher, as a teacher, is the key to the development of preschool education and the improvement of education quality. At present, the problems of young teachers' capital in China are mainly embodied in educational background, teachers' strength, social status and welfare treatment. This article from the specific status of national and provincial double impoverished counties of Zunyi Wuchuan children really yilao and Miao Autonomous County of the local teachers, and find out the existing problems of preschool education teachers, analysis of the causes and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the road construction of teachers of preschool education really Gelao region corresponding to Wuchuan.
