    Teachers College is an important part of the teachers training education in our country, which has trained large numbers of teachers for the elementary education. With the social development and the further educational reform since 1990s, how should we develop teachers college? This paper suggests some views, consulting some advanced experience from some European countries and the USA.

The school crisis management includes the crisis prevention primarily and early warning, the school crisis education, the alleviation and guidance of the crisis mental state of the students and mobilization of the participation of social force, etc. It is very beneficial to learn from the theories and experiences of the school crisis management of the United States to establish and improve crisis management system in Chinese schools.
