農(nóng)村教師流動(dòng)影響因素實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:發(fā)展社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村,基礎(chǔ)在于教育,教育是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的根本所在,然而農(nóng)村教師又是農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)教育大廈的基石。近年來,教師流失現(xiàn)象不斷發(fā)生,給農(nóng)村教育事業(yè)造成許多不利影響,也成為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。為探析農(nóng)村教師流動(dòng)的原因,本文在閱讀和評(píng)述了國(guó)內(nèi)外大量離職模型后,選取Price-Mueller(2000)模型為研究基礎(chǔ),采用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查等方法,以未流失的教師和已流失的教師作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)該模型在教師流失領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),明確了穩(wěn)定教師隊(duì)伍是治本之策。該研究結(jié)果表明該模型能較好地解釋教師流失意圖,并提出了對(duì)穩(wěn)定農(nóng)村教師隊(duì)伍有益的建議。 全文分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論,主要分析了本文選題的研究背景,介紹了本文的研究思路、目標(biāo)和研究意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況分別進(jìn)行了歸納,最后指出本文的創(chuàng)新之處、存在的研究局限;第二部分為教師流動(dòng)的概述,對(duì)主要的概念進(jìn)行了界定,并從流動(dòng)趨勢(shì)、特點(diǎn)、原因和影響四方面對(duì)教師流動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述;第三部分為研究設(shè)計(jì),介紹了Price-Mueller(2000)模型及有關(guān)變量,通過研究分析引入了新變量并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了部分修正,提出了兩個(gè)假設(shè),并在試調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上形成最終問卷和量表,進(jìn)行了離職數(shù)據(jù)采集;第四部分為研究結(jié)果,主要針對(duì)采集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了SPSS定量分析,分別對(duì)提出的各假設(shè)加以檢驗(yàn),得出相應(yīng)的研究結(jié)論;第五部分為結(jié)論和對(duì)策,主要總結(jié)了本文的研究結(jié)論,據(jù)此有針對(duì)性地提出教師流失方面的若干建議。
[Abstract]:The development of new socialist countryside is based on education, education is the fundamental to realize rural development, but rural teachers are the cornerstone of rural basic education edifice. In recent years, the phenomenon of teacher drain has occurred constantly, which has caused many adverse effects to the rural education, and has also become a challenge to the construction of a new socialist countryside. In order to explore the reasons for the flow of rural teachers, this paper, after reading and commenting on a large number of turnover models at home and abroad, selects Price-Muellern 2000 model as the research basis, adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire, etc. Taking the unlost teachers and the lost teachers as the research objects, this paper empirically tests the model in the field of teacher loss, and makes it clear that stabilizing the teaching staff is the fundamental solution. The results show that the model can explain the intention of teachers' wastage and put forward some useful suggestions for stabilizing the rural teachers' ranks. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the research background of this paper, introduces the research ideas, objectives and significance of this paper, and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad. Finally, it points out the innovation of this paper and the limitations of the research. The second part is an overview of teacher mobility, which defines the main concepts, and expounds the current situation of teacher mobility from four aspects: flowing trend, characteristics, causes and effects. In the third part, the Price-Mueller2000) model and its related variables are introduced, the new variables are introduced, and the model is partially revised, two hypotheses are put forward, and the final questionnaire and scale are formed on the basis of the trial investigation. The fourth part is the research results, mainly for the data collected by SPSS quantitative analysis, respectively to test the assumptions put forward, draw the corresponding research conclusions; the fifth part is the conclusions and countermeasures, the fourth part is the research results, the fourth part is the research results, mainly carries on the SPSS quantitative analysis to the collected data, separately tests each hypothesis, obtains the corresponding research conclusion. This paper summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and then puts forward some suggestions on the loss of teachers.
