【摘要】：隨著1999年以來(lái)我國(guó)高校的擴(kuò)招,目前我國(guó)已成為高等教育大國(guó),但高等教育人口數(shù)量的增長(zhǎng)并不能代表我國(guó)已成為高等教育強(qiáng)國(guó)。人才培養(yǎng)、人才質(zhì)量已成為高等教育領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)非常核心、非常重要的任務(wù)。2004年9月發(fā)布的中央16號(hào)文件中指出:“以大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展為目標(biāo),深入進(jìn)行素質(zhì)教育。”可見(jiàn),加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng)已成為了高校工作之重。其中,心理素質(zhì)是綜合素質(zhì)中的重要組成部分,大學(xué)生是否具有良好的心理素質(zhì),特別是面對(duì)困境時(shí)的抗逆能力將影響著他們的生活和未來(lái)的發(fā)展,也將影響到他們是否能成為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人。 本文認(rèn)為,目前大學(xué)生在面對(duì)各種困境時(shí),缺乏相應(yīng)的應(yīng)付措施和心理調(diào)節(jié)技能,因此,在高校里時(shí)常會(huì)發(fā)生各類(lèi)學(xué)生事件,學(xué)生自身在不同程度上也受到了一些傷害和影響。分析主要原因還是在于目前高校中缺乏相應(yīng)的逆商教育對(duì)策,對(duì)大學(xué)生的抗逆能力的培養(yǎng)還不夠重視。在通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述后,本文提出了針對(duì)大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)、生活、感情、就業(yè)方面的逆商教育對(duì)策,這給高校學(xué)生工作者在工作上提供了一些參考依據(jù)。 本研究通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、訪談等形式對(duì)大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)、生活、感情、就業(yè)困境時(shí)的心理困惑和應(yīng)付方式進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生面對(duì)這些具體困境時(shí),在心理上會(huì)產(chǎn)生焦慮、無(wú)助、暴躁等不良情緒,在應(yīng)付方式上的表現(xiàn)也各不同,教會(huì)他們?nèi)绾握J(rèn)知逆境、學(xué)會(huì)必要的逆境應(yīng)付方式,將對(duì)他們的一生都會(huì)產(chǎn)生積極的影響。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of colleges and universities since 1999, our country has become a large country of higher education, but the growth of population of higher education does not mean that our country has become a powerful country in higher education.The cultivation of talents and the quality of talents have become a very important task in the field of higher education. In the document No. 16 of the Central Committee issued in September 2004, it is pointed out that the goal of all-round development of college students is to carry out quality education in depth.Thus, strengthening the comprehensive quality of college students has become the heavy work of colleges and universities.It will also affect whether they can become qualified builders and reliable successors to the socialist cause.This paper holds that college students lack corresponding coping measures and psychological adjustment skills in the face of various difficulties at present. Therefore, various kinds of student events often occur in colleges and universities, and students themselves are also hurt and affected in varying degrees.After summarizing the relevant literature, this paper puts forward some counter-business education countermeasures for college students in the aspects of study, life, emotion and employment, which provides some references for college student workers in their work.This study analyzes the psychological puzzles and coping styles of college students in learning, living, feeling and employment difficulties through questionnaire and interview, and finds that college students will have anxiety and helplessness when they face these specific difficulties.Bad emotions, such as irritability, are different in coping styles. Teaching them how to recognize adversity and learn the necessary coping styles will have a positive impact on their life.
