成仿吾教育思想研究

【摘要】:成仿吾(1897—1984年),湖南新化縣人,是我國(guó)近現(xiàn)代史上杰出的文學(xué)家、翻譯家,同時(shí)也是一位著名的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家和教育家。在長(zhǎng)期的教育實(shí)踐中,他積累了豐富的辦學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了博大精深的教育思想,他的教育思想在中國(guó)社會(huì)主義教育思想史上具有相當(dāng)重要的地位。深入研究成仿吾的教育思想,對(duì)于我們總結(jié)歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),認(rèn)清教育規(guī)律,深化教育改革,促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義教育事業(yè)健康和諧發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 生于半殖民地半封建社會(huì)形成之際的成仿吾,從小受到良好的教育,并勵(lì)志尋求“救國(guó)救民”的道路,在選擇與對(duì)比當(dāng)中,他最終選擇了馬克思主義,走上了革命的道路。他把教育作為為革命服務(wù)的手段,辦革命的教育。先后創(chuàng)辦陜北公學(xué)、華北聯(lián)合大學(xué)、華北聯(lián)合大學(xué)等革命時(shí)期著名學(xué)府,培養(yǎng)了大批革命干部和其他各類(lèi)人才,為中國(guó)革命的勝利做出了貢獻(xiàn)。新中國(guó)成立后,成仿吾繼續(xù)從事教育工作,為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)服務(wù),直接參與創(chuàng)建新中國(guó)第一所新型大學(xué)——中國(guó)人民大學(xué),先后擔(dān)任東北師范大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)等著名大學(xué)校長(zhǎng),為新中國(guó)的建設(shè)培養(yǎng)了大批合格的人才。成仿吾的教育思想是與教育實(shí)踐結(jié)合在一起的,隨著成仿吾教育實(shí)踐的深入,其教育思想逐步成熟完善。成仿吾堅(jiān)持理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的原則,把馬克思主義教育理論和外國(guó)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)與中國(guó)的教育實(shí)際相結(jié)合,形成了有自己特色、適合中國(guó)實(shí)際的教育思想。成仿吾教育思想強(qiáng)調(diào)教育服務(wù)于民族獨(dú)立和民族解放事業(yè),服務(wù)于社會(huì)主義建設(shè);把提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量作為學(xué)校的中心工作,十分注重教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法的改進(jìn),十分注重教師的培養(yǎng)和提高;以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生為中心,把培養(yǎng)合格的人才放在第一位。成仿吾教育思想對(duì)中國(guó)教育的創(chuàng)立和發(fā)展做出了貢獻(xiàn),具有鮮明的創(chuàng)新性。成仿吾教育思想,為當(dāng)代中國(guó)教育的發(fā)展提供了借鑒和啟示,在綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈的今天,要確立教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展的地位,實(shí)施科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略,要提高教師素質(zhì),改善教師待遇,要培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人才,這既是對(duì)成仿吾教育精神的繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng),也是保證我們?cè)趪?guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地的需要,更是促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)健康發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的需要。
[Abstract]:Cheng Fangwu, born in Xinhua County, Hunan Province from 1897-1984, is an outstanding writer and translator in the modern history of China, and also a famous proletarian revolutionist and educator.In his long-term educational practice, he accumulated rich experience in running a school, formed a broad and profound educational thought, and his educational thought played a very important role in the history of Chinese socialist educational thought.It is of great practical significance for us to sum up the historical experience, recognize the law of education, deepen the educational reform and promote the healthy and harmonious development of socialist education.Born at the time of the formation of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, Cheng Fangwu received a good education from childhood and sought the road of "saving the nation and saving the people". In the choice and contrast, he finally chose Marxism and embarked on the road of revolution.He regards education as a means of serving the revolution and runs revolutionary education.Established the North Shaanxi Public School, North China Union University, North China Union University and other famous institutions during the revolutionary period, trained a large number of revolutionary cadres and other kinds of talents, and contributed to the victory of the Chinese revolution.After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Cheng Fangwu continued to work in education, served the socialist construction, directly participated in the establishment of the first new type of university in New China-Renmin University of China, and successively served as Northeast normal University, Shandong University,President of Renmin University of China and other famous universities have trained a large number of qualified personnel for the construction of New China.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought is combined with educational practice. With the deepening of Cheng Fangwu's educational practice, his educational thought is gradually matured and perfected.Cheng Fangwu adheres to the principle of integrating theory with practice and combines Marxist educational theory with foreign educational experience with China's educational reality, forming an educational thought with its own characteristics and suitable for China's actual situation.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought emphasizes that education serves the cause of national independence and national liberation, serves the socialist construction, and places great emphasis on the improvement of teaching contents and methods by making the improvement of teaching quality the central work of the school.Pay great attention to the cultivation and improvement of teachers, take the cultivation of students as the center, and put the cultivation of qualified talents first.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought has made a contribution to the establishment and development of Chinese education and has distinct innovation.Cheng Fangwu's educational thought has provided reference and enlightenment for the development of education in contemporary China. Today, when the competition of comprehensive national strength is becoming more and more intense, it is necessary to establish the status of giving priority to the development of education, implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and improve the quality of teachers.To improve the treatment of teachers and to train talents with all-round development is not only the inheritance and development of Cheng Fangwu's educational spirit, but also the need to ensure that we remain invincible in international competition, and also to promote the healthy development of the socialist cause.The need to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
