【摘要】：與學(xué)生發(fā)展、學(xué)習(xí)質(zhì)量密切相關(guān)的學(xué)校因素,在PISA、TIMSS、NAEP、NLSCY、BTT、LSAC等大型教育評價項目中受到格外關(guān)注。由于項目各自的關(guān)注點不同,因此其對學(xué)校因素的測查也各有側(cè)重。這些項目對學(xué)校因素的測查結(jié)果對學(xué)校管理具有重要啟示:有效學(xué)校應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮學(xué)校資源的效用,以教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)為核心,采取適當(dāng)?shù)慕虒W(xué)組織方式,及時監(jiān)控學(xué)生的進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r,并促進(jìn)教師積極參與學(xué)校決策。
[Abstract]:School factors closely related to students' development and learning quality have attracted special attention in such large educational evaluation projects as PISAA / TIMSS / NLSCY / BTTLSAC etc. Therefore, it has its own emphasis on school factors. These items have important implications for school management: effective schools should give full play to the utility of school resources and take teaching and learning as the core. Adopt appropriate teaching organization, monitor students' progress in time, and promote teachers' active participation in school decision-making.
