【摘要】：美國20世紀(jì)80年代末提出并逐漸成熟的教師教育合作伙伴關(guān)系,主要是通過建設(shè)合作伙伴學(xué)校的方式實現(xiàn)的。這類學(xué)校,一方面是基于個人實踐知識,通過教師的教學(xué)反思和建構(gòu),促使教育理論與實踐相結(jié)合;另一方面是通過多方合作,促進(jìn)各方包括中小學(xué)教師、大學(xué)教師和管理者的專業(yè)發(fā)展,構(gòu)成整合觀的教師教育模式,最終提高教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量,不讓一個孩子掉隊。美國教師教育合作伙伴關(guān)系為我國目前教師教育的改革與發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 1980s, the United States put forward and gradually matured the teacher Education Partnership, which is mainly realized through the construction of partner schools. On the one hand, these schools are based on personal practical knowledge. Through teachers' teaching reflection and construction, it promotes the combination of educational theory and practice. On the other hand, it promotes the professional development of all parties, including primary and secondary school teachers, university teachers and administrators, and constitutes the integrated view of teacher education model. Finally, the quality of teachers' teaching should be improved so that no one child should be left behind. The American Partnership on teacher Education provides a reference for the reform and development of teacher education in China.
