高中生對(duì)同伴的自我表露及其與心理壓力的關(guān)系

【摘要】:自我表露是心理學(xué)研究中的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域,近年來(lái)受到研究者們的普遍關(guān)注。自我表露是影響個(gè)體身心健康和社會(huì)適應(yīng)的重要因素之一,是個(gè)體應(yīng)對(duì)壓力、促進(jìn)人際關(guān)系發(fā)展的有效方式。本研究著眼于高中生這一特殊群體,采用問(wèn)卷法考察了其對(duì)同伴自我表露的特點(diǎn)及其與心理壓力的關(guān)系。以青少年與同伴自我表露問(wèn)卷和中學(xué)生生活壓力事件問(wèn)卷為研究工具,以開封市三所高中的413名高中生為被試,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS 19.0中的獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析與相關(guān)分析等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)論如下: 第一,高中生對(duì)同伴的自我表露在各維度上存在顯著差異。其中對(duì)興趣愛(ài)好方面的表露最多,接下來(lái)依次是學(xué)校經(jīng)歷、學(xué)習(xí)情況、觀點(diǎn)態(tài)度、親密友誼、身體發(fā)育,在親子關(guān)系方面表露得最少。 第二,高中生對(duì)同伴的自我表露在總體水平上沒(méi)有顯著的性別和年級(jí)差異。女生的自我表露水平略高于男生,高二學(xué)生的自我表露水平略高于高三和高一學(xué)生。 第三,高中生偏愛(ài)的同伴表露對(duì)象,男女生依次均為最好的同性朋友、最好的異性朋友和普通同學(xué)。在對(duì)最好的同性朋友的表露上,女生顯著高于男生;在對(duì)最好的異性朋友的表露上,女生略高于男生;而在對(duì)普通同學(xué)的自我表露上,男生略高于女生。 第四,對(duì)最好的同性朋友的自我表露,高一學(xué)生的表露水平高于高三和高二學(xué)生;在對(duì)最好的異性朋友的自我表露中,高三學(xué)生的表露水平高于其他兩個(gè)年級(jí);而在對(duì)普通同學(xué)的自我表露中,高三學(xué)生的表露水平低于其他兩個(gè)年級(jí)。 第五,高中生對(duì)同伴的自我表露水平與心理壓力存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),自我表露水平對(duì)心理壓力有預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:Self-disclosure is an important field of psychological research, which has been widely concerned by researchers in recent years. Self-disclosure is one of the important factors that affect the individual's physical and mental health and social adaptation, and it is the individual coping pressure. This study focuses on the special group of high school students. The characteristics of peer self-disclosure and its relationship with psychological stress were investigated by means of questionnaire. The adolescents and peers self-disclosure questionnaire and the life stress event questionnaire of middle school students were used as the research tools. Taking 413 high school students from three high schools in Kaifeng as subjects, the independent sample t test of SPSS 19.0 was used. The results are analyzed by variance analysis and correlation analysis. The conclusions are as follows: First, there are significant differences in the dimensions of high school students' self-disclosure to their peers. Among them, most of them show interest and hobbies, followed by school experience, learning situation, attitude, intimate friendship. Physical development, showing the least in parent-child relations. Second, there is no significant gender and grade difference in the overall level of peer self-disclosure among senior high school students. The self-disclosure level of girls is slightly higher than that of boys. The level of self-disclosure of sophomore students is slightly higher than that of Grade 3 and Grade 1 students. Third, the preferred partner of high school students, male and female students are the best same-sex friends, best heterosexual friends and ordinary classmates. In the best of same-sex friends, girls are significantly higher than boys; In the best of heterosexual friends, girls slightly higher than boys; In the ordinary students on the self-disclosure, boys slightly higher than girls. In 4th, the level of self-disclosure to the best same-sex friends was higher than that of the junior and sophomore students. In the self-disclosure to the best friend of the opposite sex, the level of disclosure of the third grade students was higher than that of the other two grades. In the self-disclosure to ordinary students, the level of disclosure of senior three students is lower than that of the other two grades. In 5th, there was a significant negative correlation between the level of self-disclosure and psychological stress in senior high school students, and the level of self-disclosure had a predictive effect on psychological stress.
