【摘要】：中國非營利組織在經歷了初期的高速發(fā)展后,已逐漸滲入到我國社會經濟生活的各個領域,本文從教育領域出發(fā),結合當前中國教育制度的瓶頸,創(chuàng)新的研究了青少年商業(yè)教育中非營利組織目前狀況。非營利組織作為社會教育的新鮮活力,與學校教育、家庭教育共同構成現代國民教育體系的有機整體,其通過各種實踐課程,輔以相關理論知識講解,改變了傳統教育的局限性。本文通過實證分析目前相關非營利組織運作狀況以及他們開發(fā)的青少年商業(yè)教育的公益項目,運用現實案例、圖文和數字揭示這些非營利組織存在的內外成因與多重積極作用,并深入探索發(fā)展中存在的缺陷,就每項問題進行困境分析,并最終提出具體的創(chuàng)新建議,如何最大化利用社會資源,從而對推動中國非營利組織在青少年商業(yè)教育領域的發(fā)展有所啟發(fā)。 本文通過上述一系列的調查和研究后,發(fā)現中國非營利組織由于組織資金來源有限,營運收入模式單一,國營企業(yè)、民營企業(yè)參與度低,造成在中國國內非營利組織在青少年商業(yè)教育的參與程度并不是十分大,國內大眾對其運行無論是運營模式還是對青少年商業(yè)教育價值均沒有相當成熟的了解。但是我們清晰地看到非營利組織在我國青少年商業(yè)教育中的價值,無論是對青少年教育的補充,還是對志愿者和參與企業(yè)都能從中得到收獲。而且國外成熟非營利組織的引入,相關法律法規(guī)日趨完善,從而使得近年來中國的非營利組織在青少年商業(yè)教育環(huán)境越來越好。認為隨著我國非營利教育組織數量的不斷激增,必須做好幾點保證非營利組織在中國青少年商業(yè)教育后續(xù)成熟健康發(fā)展:1、加強政府部門合作,配合政府教育部門推進青少年學生綜合素質教育;2、加強與各類企業(yè)尤其是主流媒體的合作;3、強化非營利組織之間的合作,提高中國本土非營利組織在青少年商業(yè)教育的參與投入程度;4、利用網絡平臺進行志愿者、經濟學專家同青少年學生之間的交流;5、推進教育改革,使不同教育組織形式之間有效競爭、合作和相互補充,并健全國內非營利組織管理體制;6、非營利教育組織在青少年商業(yè)教育過程中對教材、教學用具等成本適當收取費用,以維持組織日常工作需要,保持組織的健康良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After the rapid development of the initial period, the non-profit organizations in China have gradually penetrated into all fields of social and economic life in China. This paper starts from the field of education and combines the bottleneck of the current education system in China. As the fresh vitality of social education, NPO, together with school education and family education, constitutes the organic whole of modern national education system. Through a variety of practical courses, supplemented by relevant theoretical knowledge to explain. Through the empirical analysis of the current operation of relevant non-profit organizations and their development of youth business education public welfare projects, the use of practical cases. Pictures and figures reveal the internal and external causes of these non-profit organizations and the multiple positive role, and explore the defects in the development of in-depth analysis of each problem, and finally put forward specific innovative proposals. How to maximize the use of social resources, so as to promote the development of Chinese non-profit organizations in the field of youth business education. After a series of investigations and studies, this paper finds that China's non-profit organizations have low participation in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises because of their limited sources of funds, single operating income model and low level of participation. The participation of NPOs in juvenile business education is not very large in China. The domestic public does not have a very mature understanding of its operation mode or the value of juvenile business education, but we clearly see the value of non-profit organizations in our country's youth business education. Whether it is a supplement to youth education, or volunteers and participating enterprises can gain from it. And the introduction of foreign mature non-profit organizations, the relevant laws and regulations are becoming more and more perfect. Therefore, in recent years, China's non-profit organizations in the juvenile business education environment is getting better and better. We must do several things to ensure the healthy development of non-profit organizations in China's young people's business education, strengthen the cooperation of government departments, and cooperate with the government's education departments to promote comprehensive quality education for young students. 2strengthen the cooperation with all kinds of enterprises, especially the mainstream media; Third, strengthen the cooperation between non-profit organizations, and improve the participation of local non-profit organizations in the youth business education; 4, using the network platform to carry on the communication between the volunteer, the economics expert and the youth student; (5) to promote educational reform so as to effectively compete, cooperate and complement each other among different forms of educational organizations, and improve the management system of domestic non-profit organizations; In order to maintain the daily work needs of the organization and keep the healthy and healthy development of the organization, non-profit education organizations charge the costs of teaching materials and teaching appliances properly in the process of the teenagers' business education.
