【摘要】:在課程改革中,高效課堂的打造是一線教育工作者關(guān)注最多的問題,然而課程改革是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,不僅要著眼于課堂本身,學(xué)校的整體環(huán)境(尤其是學(xué)校文化)也是影響課堂效率的一個(gè)重要方面。山東省東營市東營區(qū)第一中學(xué)以"競合"文化為理念,在建設(shè)高效課堂中積極實(shí)踐,通過實(shí)施"實(shí)踐——總結(jié)——提升——再實(shí)踐——再總結(jié)——再提升"的教學(xué)改革實(shí)踐,扎實(shí)打造以"和融競進(jìn)、低負(fù)高效"為特色的高效課堂,取得顯著的教學(xué)效益。
[Abstract]:In the course of curriculum reform, the creation of efficient classroom is the most concerned problem for front-line educators. However, curriculum reform is a complex system engineering, not only focus on the classroom itself. The whole school environment (especially the school culture) is also an important aspect that affects the classroom efficiency. The first Middle School of Dongying District of Shandong Province takes "competition and cooperation" culture as the concept, and actively practices in the construction of efficient classroom. Through the implementation of the teaching reform practice of "practice-summary-promotion-practice-again-summary-again-promotion", a highly efficient classroom with the characteristics of "harmony and competition, low negative efficiency" was built. To achieve significant teaching benefits.
