【摘要】：當前,高校貧困大學生普遍承受著巨大的經濟壓力和一定的精神壓力,是心理問題的高發(fā)群體。社會支持對心理健康有獨特的塑造作用和積極的促進意義,其中,高校是大學生社會支持的重要來源之一。從社會支持理論角度分析貧困大學生容易出現的心理問題及其產生的原因,提出了高校構建貧困大學生社會支持系統(tǒng)的若干建議:(1)建立貧困大學生檔案——輔以經濟支持;(2)構建和諧的校園文化——增強交往支持;(3)開展大學生社團活動——促進參與支持;(4)設立心理咨詢中心——樹立心理支持。
[Abstract]:At present, impoverished college students generally bear huge economic pressure and certain mental pressure, which is a high incidence group of psychological problems. Social support has a unique role in shaping mental health and positive promoting significance. Among them, colleges and universities are one of the important sources of social support for college students. From the perspective of social support theory, this paper analyzes the psychological problems of poor college students and their causes. This paper puts forward some suggestions on constructing the social support system for impoverished college students: (1) establishing the archives of poor college students-supplemented by economic support; (2) constructing harmonious campus culture-strengthening communication support; (III) the development of university student associations-promotion of participatory support; Set up psychological counseling center-set up psychological support.
