【摘要】:我國(guó)實(shí)施中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,受到學(xué)術(shù)界和管理者高度關(guān)注,教育咨詢(xún)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。面對(duì)教育咨詢(xún)行業(yè)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),JA教育咨詢(xún)公司發(fā)展模式,隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和市場(chǎng)定位等面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究JA教育咨詢(xún)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)其生存和發(fā)展并舉具有重要的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文依據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究方法,首先對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)教育咨詢(xún)行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出了發(fā)展的瓶頸和存在的主要問(wèn)題;其次,運(yùn)用SW0T分析法,對(duì)JA教育咨詢(xún)公司內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅進(jìn)行了深入的研究分析,提出發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),抓住政策和市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇的重要戰(zhàn)略選擇,構(gòu)建了“客戶(hù)至上、一體化、多元化、品牌發(fā)展”的增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略體系模式。最后,在戰(zhàn)略定位的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了公司主業(yè)定位、建立專(zhuān)業(yè)化服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、更新觀(guān)念獲取經(jīng)營(yíng)成本優(yōu)勢(shì)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策,以確保JA教育咨詢(xún)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施。 本文旨在通過(guò)本研究找準(zhǔn)公司的戰(zhàn)略定位,制訂切實(shí)可行的實(shí)施策略,為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司高效快捷快速發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的決策參考。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the medium- and long-term education reform and development plan in China has been highly concerned by the academic circles and managers, and the educational consulting institutions have emerged as the times require. Facing the fierce competition in the educational consulting industry, JA educational consulting company is developing. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development strategy of JA Education Consulting Company for its survival and development. Based on the theory of strategic management and the empirical research method, this paper firstly systematically combs and studies the relevant theoretical documents of strategic management, and on this basis, combined with the development of education consulting industry in China. The bottleneck of development and the main problems are put forward. Secondly, using the SW0T analysis method, JA educational consulting company internal competitive advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats in-depth research and analysis, put forward to give play to their own advantages. Seizing the important strategic choice of policy and market opportunity, this paper constructs the growth strategic system mode of "customer first, integration, diversification, brand development". Finally, on the basis of strategic positioning. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy of JA Educational Consulting Company, this paper puts forward the strategy implementation countermeasures of the company's main position, establishing specialized service team and renewing the concept to obtain the advantage of operating cost. The purpose of this paper is to find out the strategic position of the company through this research, to make the feasible implementation strategy, and to provide a scientific decision reference for the realization of the company's efficient, fast and rapid development.
