【摘要】：青年階段是人走向成熟的重要時期,而此時最重要的過渡階段便是由中學(xué)邁入大學(xué)。剛剛步入大學(xué)的學(xué)生雖然生理已趨于成熟,但心理的發(fā)展仍存在不穩(wěn)定因素。面對全新的大學(xué)生活,很多學(xué)生個性上或心理上的缺點及問題難免會暴露在集體生活中。文章針對"師范生"這一畢業(yè)后將為人師的特殊大學(xué)生群體,發(fā)現(xiàn)師范類高校一年級陽光心理教育方面存在的問題,旨在提出有效的、積極的、必要的陽光心理教育策略,使學(xué)生在這個關(guān)鍵的成長過渡階段減少一些心理負(fù)擔(dān),更快地適應(yīng)大學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)生活,進(jìn)而為將來走上工作崗位面對復(fù)雜的問題奠定良好的心理基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Youth stage is an important period for people to mature, and the most important transition stage is from middle school to university. Although the students who have just entered the university have become mature physiologically, there are still unstable factors in the development of psychology. In the face of new college life, many students' personality or psychological shortcomings and problems will inevitably be exposed to collective life. In view of the special group of college students who will become teachers after graduation, this paper finds out the problems existing in the sunshine psychological education in the first grade of normal colleges and universities, in order to put forward effective, positive and necessary strategies for sunshine psychological education, so that students can reduce some psychological burden in this critical stage of growth and transition, and adapt to the study and life of the university more quickly. Thus, it lays a good psychological foundation for working in the future to face complex problems.
