【摘要】：教師信念良性發(fā)展的過程就是教師素養(yǎng)提高的過程。在職教師信念良性發(fā)展的條件包括教師的哲學(xué)與人文素養(yǎng)、教師對(duì)教育問題的內(nèi)部歸因方式、教師所在學(xué)校積極合作的文化氛圍以及能夠促進(jìn)教師信念提升的精神支持。在職教師信念引導(dǎo)可從以下幾個(gè)方面展開:開展經(jīng)典閱讀交流活動(dòng),豐富教師思想信念之來源;營(yíng)造開放合作的教學(xué)研究氛圍,以實(shí)踐反思帶動(dòng)教學(xué)信念發(fā)展;重視禮儀對(duì)直覺信念的引導(dǎo)作用,重塑教師尊嚴(yán)與責(zé)任感;促進(jìn)教師間的思想交流,發(fā)揮群體信念的相互影響與支持作用。
[Abstract]:The process of benign development of teachers' beliefs is the process of improving teachers' literacy. The conditions for the healthy development of in-service teachers' beliefs include teachers' philosophy and humanistic literacy, teachers' internal attributions to educational problems, the cultural atmosphere of active cooperation in teachers' schools and the spiritual support that can promote the promotion of teachers' beliefs. The guidance of in-service teachers' beliefs can be carried out from the following aspects: carrying out classical reading and communication activities to enrich the sources of teachers' ideas and beliefs; creating an open and cooperative teaching and research atmosphere to drive the development of teaching beliefs with practical reflection; attaching importance to the guiding role of etiquette to intuitive beliefs, reshaping teachers' dignity and responsibility; promoting ideological exchange among teachers and giving full play to the mutual influence and support of group beliefs.
