高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康存在的問題與對策探析

【摘要】:醫(yī)學(xué)生作為大學(xué)生群體的特殊組成部分,他們既面臨著理論知識與專業(yè)技能的雙重壓力;又面臨著醫(yī)患矛盾等復(fù)雜的社會環(huán)境壓力。因此,醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康問題是一個不可忽視的社會問題。心理素質(zhì)是個人整體素質(zhì)的重要組成部分,作為醫(yī)學(xué)生,除了需要具備扎實的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識、精湛的專業(yè)實踐技能之外,還需要具備良好的心理素質(zhì)。同時,,作為醫(yī)學(xué)界的后備軍,醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康狀況事關(guān)國家醫(yī)療隊伍的建設(shè),也影響國家醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是,由于社會生活節(jié)奏不斷加快,競爭愈加激烈,醫(yī)學(xué)生面臨繁重的課業(yè)壓力、經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力、社會壓力等,使醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康問題面臨重大挑戰(zhàn),甚至有的醫(yī)學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的心理問題和不良傾向。因此,需要對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題給予格外的關(guān)注,通過多種途徑解決醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康問題,保證醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理狀態(tài)良性運行。更需要對醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,為醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù),為促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康提供有效的對策。 本文研究的主要目的在于通過醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康基礎(chǔ)理論分析,特別是通過對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康基本內(nèi)涵、影響因素、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和主要特點的研究,以吉林大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)院本科生為主要調(diào)研對象,通過運用調(diào)查問卷、深度訪談、參與觀察等方法分析醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的總體狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的不足之處,并深入分析醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康存在問題的主要原因,最后提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。具體內(nèi)容分為以下五個部分: 第一部分為緒論。主要介紹選題的背景和意義,國內(nèi)外醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康相關(guān)問題的綜述,以及針對本文的研究方法、創(chuàng)新點和不足之處進(jìn)行了論述。 第二部分為醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的理論概述。主要介紹醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的基本理論與概念,重點分析醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的內(nèi)涵、評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、影響因素以及主要特點。在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)本文后期將開展的問卷調(diào)查,給出高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生心理健康的界定。 第三部分為高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康現(xiàn)狀分析。集中論述醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的現(xiàn)狀。首先,文章從總體角度揭示了醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的現(xiàn)狀;其次,文章將通過問卷調(diào)查、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查、深入訪談等手段,對其心理健康狀況進(jìn)行深度調(diào)查,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)出醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康方面出現(xiàn)的問題,予以清晰的闡述。 第四部分為高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題產(chǎn)生的原因。該部分集中論述了醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題產(chǎn)生的原因。對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康存在的問題,本文總結(jié)出以下幾方面的成因,具體包括:心理健康觀念的滯后性,高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校心理健康教育的缺陷,醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康受到家庭與社會因素的影響,高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式的特殊性等原因。 第五部分為高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題的對策。該部分主要探討了改善醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題的對策。針對心理健康問題的成因,文章提供了相應(yīng)的解決思路:一要指導(dǎo)高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生樹立正確的心理健康觀念,二要提升高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康教育水平,三要營造醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的良好環(huán)境,四要重視高等醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)特殊性與專業(yè)性,五要加強高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生的自我心理保健。
[Abstract]:As a special part of the college students' group, the medical students face the double pressure of the theoretical knowledge and the professional skills, and also face the complex social and environmental pressure such as the doctor-patient contradiction and so on. Therefore, the mental health of medical students is a social problem that can't be ignored. The psychological quality is an important part of the overall quality of the individual, as a medical student, in addition to the need of solid professional basic knowledge, exquisite professional practice skill, it also needs to have good psychological quality. At the same time, as the reserve army of the medical community, the mental health status of the medical students is related to the construction of the national medical team, and also the development of the national health care industry. However, because the pace of social life is increasing, the competition is becoming more and more intense, the medical students face the heavy burden of the class, the economic pressure, the social pressure and so on, so that the mental health problems of the medical students face the major challenge, and even the medical students have serious psychological problems and bad tendencies. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the mental health problems of medical students, to solve the mental health problems of medical students through a variety of ways, and to ensure the good psychological state of medical students.
