泰州教育信息化助推基礎(chǔ)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展調(diào)研報(bào)告——“江蘇泰微課”建設(shè)與應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為深入貫徹落實(shí)《構(gòu)建利用信息化手段擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源覆蓋面有效機(jī)制的實(shí)施方案》(教技[2014]6號(hào))的要求,2015年3月中央電化教育館調(diào)研了江蘇省泰州市教育信息化工作。通過座談、走訪、聽匯報(bào)、查閱資料、實(shí)地查看、聽隨堂課等辦法,調(diào)研組全面深入了解了泰州市利用教育信息化助推基礎(chǔ)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新實(shí)施"泰微課"項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)大優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源覆蓋面的做法與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。調(diào)研組認(rèn)為,泰州市教育信息化在助推基礎(chǔ)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡發(fā)展方面具有政府主導(dǎo)、應(yīng)用導(dǎo)向和自主創(chuàng)新三大特點(diǎn),"泰微課"是填平城鄉(xiāng)教育鴻溝的一個(gè)便捷可行的手段,為信息技術(shù)助力教育均衡發(fā)展提供了新思路。"泰微課"在統(tǒng)籌機(jī)制、推進(jìn)機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制和多元化應(yīng)用的創(chuàng)新實(shí)施,為大力推進(jìn)"網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)空間人人通"提供了有意義的參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to implement in-depth the requirements of the "Plan for the Construction of an effective Mechanism to expand the coverage of High-quality Educational Resources by means of Informatization" (Educational Technology [2014] No. 6), In March 2015, the central audio-visual education center investigated the educational informatization work in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Through discussions, visits, reports, materials, on-the-spot inspection, listening to classes, and so on, The research group has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the practices and experiences of expanding the coverage of high-quality education resources in Taizhou City by using educational information to promote the balanced development of basic education and innovation in the implementation of the "Thai micro-course" project. The research group believes that educational informatization in Taizhou City has three characteristics: government-led, application-oriented and independent innovation in promoting the quality and balanced development of basic education, and "Thai micro-course" is a convenient and feasible means to fill the educational gap between urban and rural areas. It provides a new train of thought for the balanced development of IT-assisted education. " The innovative implementation of Thai micro-course in the coordination mechanism, promotion mechanism, incentive mechanism and diversified application provides a meaningful reference and reference for vigorously promoting "everyone in the network learning space".
