【摘要】：相比經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事等領(lǐng)域的智庫建設(shè)而言,我國教育智庫還有很多改進(jìn)與提升的空間。當(dāng)前,根據(jù)黨中央和國務(wù)院新的部署要求,中國特色新型教育智庫建設(shè)進(jìn)入一個(gè)全新階段。新型教育智庫需要在優(yōu)先滿足政府決策需求的基礎(chǔ)上,更為精準(zhǔn)鎖定并不斷開拓培育用戶需求;在教育服務(wù)屬性分化的環(huán)境中,更加關(guān)注教育領(lǐng)域的政策分類和話語特征;在明確戰(zhàn)略方向和基本原則的前提下,更好地提升教育智庫服務(wù)的可靠性和有用性。
[Abstract]:Compared with the economic, political, military and other fields of think tank construction, there are still a lot of room for improvement and promotion of educational think tanks in China. At present, according to the new deployment requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the construction of a new educational think tank with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage. On the basis of meeting the government's decision-making needs, the new educational think tank should be more accurate and open up and cultivate the needs of users, pay more attention to the policy classification and discourse characteristics in the field of education in the environment of educational service attribute differentiation. On the premise of clear strategic direction and basic principles, the reliability and usefulness of educational think tank service can be improved better.
