中山市農(nóng)民工家長參與隨遷子女教育問題及教育救助政策優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快推進(jìn),自80年代以來我國大量農(nóng)民工進(jìn)城務(wù)工,流動(dòng)特點(diǎn)從個(gè)人流動(dòng)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榕e家隨遷流動(dòng)。農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育問題,特別是義務(wù)教育問題,日益成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題之一。通過探究農(nóng)民工家長參與子女教育問題,不僅可以豐富現(xiàn)有教育救助政策,還可以引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民工家長更好地參與子女教育。本研究以中山市農(nóng)民工隨遷子女教育為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)農(nóng)民工家長參與子女教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過一般訪談資料編碼方法分析學(xué)校管理層、教師、農(nóng)民工家長和隨遷子女四個(gè)層面的訪談資料,提煉出家庭輔導(dǎo)、親子溝通和家校合作這三大家長參與研究維度;再結(jié)合顯著性差異檢驗(yàn)方法,分析這三大維度對(duì)隨遷子女學(xué)業(yè)成績的影響;最后,結(jié)合問卷反饋情況分析農(nóng)民工家長參與子女教育不足的原因,主要有:教育救助政策忽視農(nóng)民工家長參與的支持力度;農(nóng)民工家長對(duì)子女教育的理解偏差;學(xué)校參與環(huán)境匱乏;隨遷子女自身的排斥心理等等。結(jié)合發(fā)展型社會(huì)政策和普惠型救助兩大研究視角,分析現(xiàn)有教育救助政策在推動(dòng)農(nóng)民工家長參與工作上的不足,主要表現(xiàn)在弱化家長參與權(quán)、欠缺足夠財(cái)政支持、忽視服務(wù)救助等等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,得出本研究的結(jié)論,主要包括:一是提煉出農(nóng)民工家長參與隨遷子女教育的三大層次(家庭輔導(dǎo)、親子溝通和家校合作);二是探究各層次的參與深度,發(fā)現(xiàn)家校合作屬于高層次的家長參與形式;三是提出教育救助政策與農(nóng)民工家長參與具有相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of migrant workers in China have been working in cities since 1980's, and the characteristics of migration have gradually changed from individual flow to family migration. The education of migrant workers' children, especially compulsory education, has become one of the key issues of social concern. By exploring the problem of migrant workers' parents' participation in their children's education, not only can the existing education assistance policies be enriched, but also the migrant workers' parents can be guided to participate in their children's education better. This study takes the education of migrant workers' children in Zhongshan city as the research object, through the investigation of the present situation of migrant workers' parents' participation in their children's education, analyzes the school management and teachers through the general interview data coding method. The interview data of migrant workers' parents and their children were extracted from three dimensions: family counseling, parent-child communication and family-school cooperation. Combined with the method of significant difference test, this paper analyzes the influence of these three dimensions on the academic achievement of their children. Finally, based on the questionnaire feedback, this paper analyzes the reasons why migrant workers' parents participate in the education of their children, including: the education assistance policy neglects the support strength of migrant workers' parents' participation; the understanding deviation of migrant workers' parents to their children's education; School participation in the environment is scarce; self-exclusion of their children, and so on. Combined with the development-oriented social policy and inclusive assistance, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing educational assistance policies in promoting the participation of migrant workers' parents, mainly in weakening the parents' right to participate and lacking sufficient financial support. Neglect of service assistance, etc. On this basis, the conclusions of this study are drawn as follows: first, to extract the three levels (family counseling, parent-child communication and home-school cooperation) in which migrant workers' parents participate in the education of their children; The second is to explore the depth of participation at all levels, found that home-school cooperation belongs to the form of high-level parent participation; third, put forward that the education assistance policy and the participation of migrant workers parents have a mutually promoting relationship.
