【摘要】：正"針對今年義務(wù)教育招生入學(xué)改革出現(xiàn)的新情況新問題,要抓住四個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),打好‘組合拳’。一是在教育資源配置不均衡、擇校沖動強烈的城區(qū)推行多校劃片,將熱點小學(xué)、初中納入其中,緩解‘學(xué)區(qū)房’問題。二是落實‘兩為主’‘兩納入’政策,積極穩(wěn)妥做好隨遷子女入學(xué)工作。三是全面應(yīng)用全國學(xué)籍系統(tǒng)組織小學(xué)入學(xué)、小升初工作,嚴格實行‘一人一籍、籍隨人走’。四是加強特殊問題研究,逐步緊縮非就近入學(xué)比例和空間。"在3月31日教育部召開的部分
