【摘要】：正行政部門的三令五申,比不過身邊典型的一句"經(jīng)驗(yàn)之談"。鎮(zhèn)域教育是縣域教育的基礎(chǔ)。山東省高密市朝陽街道地處城鄉(xiāng)接合部,學(xué)生大多來自周邊村莊和進(jìn)城務(wù)工家庭,基礎(chǔ)薄弱的生源讓朝陽教育一度低迷。危機(jī)的深處是轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)。山東省高密市朝陽街道教育管理辦公室從整體推進(jìn)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)切入,實(shí)現(xiàn)了朝陽教育發(fā)展的大逆轉(zhuǎn),讓朝陽街道的孩子們享受到了優(yōu)質(zhì)均衡的教育。
[Abstract]:The administrative department of the repeated orders, than a typical nearby "experience talk." Town-level education is the foundation of county-level education. Chaoyang Street in Gaomi City of Shandong Province is located at the junction of urban and rural areas. Most of the students come from surrounding villages and migrant families. The depths of the crisis are a turnaround. The education management office of Chaoyang Street in Gaomi City of Shandong Province has carried out a great reversal of the development of Chaoyang education from the perspective of promoting the construction of teachers as a whole and made the children of Chaoyang Street enjoy a high quality and balanced education.
