義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量均衡發(fā)展:內(nèi)涵要求及路徑選擇——兼論義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量的特性

【摘要】:義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量是一個(gè)多維度的概念,它具備發(fā)展性、系統(tǒng)性、規(guī)定性與可控性等特性。就現(xiàn)階段而言,我國義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量均衡發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵要求主要包括協(xié)同發(fā)展、內(nèi)生發(fā)展和個(gè)性發(fā)展三個(gè)方面;诖,促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量的均衡發(fā)展,一是要制定科學(xué)的國家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控;二是加強(qiáng)區(qū)域、城鄉(xiāng)及學(xué)校之間的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃;三是倡導(dǎo)學(xué)校的自主發(fā)展,大力推進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)改革;四是加強(qiáng)學(xué)校文化建設(shè)和品牌建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The quality of compulsory education is a multi-dimensional concept, which has the characteristics of development, systematicness, regulation and controllability. At the present stage, the connotation of the balanced development of compulsory education quality in China mainly includes three aspects: coordinated development, endogenous development and personality development. Based on this, to promote the balanced development of compulsory education quality, one is to establish a scientific national quality standard system to strengthen quality monitoring, the other is to strengthen the overall planning between regions, urban and rural areas and schools; The third is to advocate the independent development of the school, to promote the classroom teaching reform, and to strengthen the school culture construction and brand building.
