自閉癥康復教育機構(gòu)師資困境的對策建議

【摘要】:自閉癥兒童教育與康復是我國特殊教育事業(yè)中的新興課題。隨著特殊教育零拒絕理念的推行,有需求的自閉癥兒童增多,使特殊教育學校原有的教育教學目標和計劃難以實施,師資嚴重不足成為當前教育困境中的核心問題。本文試圖通過分析自閉癥教育師資困境的現(xiàn)狀,分別從自閉癥教育工作者及社會相關(guān)群體的角度提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The education and rehabilitation of autistic children is a new topic in China's special education. With the implementation of the concept of zero rejection in special education, the number of autistic children with needs increases, which makes it difficult to carry out the original teaching goals and plans of special education schools, and the serious shortage of teachers has become the core problem in the current educational dilemma. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of autism education teachers' plight and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of autistic educators and social related groups.
