【摘要】："農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校教師特設(shè)崗位計劃"(簡稱"特崗計劃")創(chuàng)新了農(nóng)村教師的補充機制,緩解了高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力。但隨著農(nóng)村教育的不斷發(fā)展,對多元化教育資源的需求不斷上升,農(nóng)村教師"特崗計劃"出現(xiàn)了新的問題,如崗位功能過簡、崗位匹配度不高、崗位范圍較窄、崗位經(jīng)費來源偏少和崗位種類單一等。面對這些挑戰(zhàn),新時期農(nóng)村教師"特崗計劃"需在擴展崗位功能、提高崗位匹配度、延伸崗位范圍、拓寬崗位經(jīng)費來源、增加崗位種類等方面加以完善。
[Abstract]:The "Special post Program for School Teachers in the stage of compulsory Education in Rural areas" (abbreviated as "Special post Program") has innovated the supplementary mechanism of rural teachers and alleviated the employment pressure of college graduates. However, with the continuous development of rural education and the increasing demand for diversified educational resources, new problems have emerged in the "special post plan" for rural teachers, such as too simple post function, low matching degree and narrow post scope. The post funds source is on the low side and the post type is single and so on. In the face of these challenges, the "special post plan" of rural teachers in the new period needs to be perfected in expanding the post function, improving the post matching degree, extending the post scope, widening the source of post funds, increasing the post type and so on.
