【摘要】：正教育公平是教育事業(yè)發(fā)展和改革的最重要目標之一,是保障公民權(quán)益、促進社會平等、防范階層固化、改善人民生活質(zhì)量的重要基礎(chǔ)。改革開放以來,我國在推進教育公平方面取得了很大的進展,但由于長期以來對教育公平內(nèi)涵認識不清,教育發(fā)展缺乏完善的社會政策體系支撐,教育資源配置不合理,東西部地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)之間發(fā)展不平衡等諸多因素,阻礙了我國教育公平的發(fā)展進程。上學貴、擇校難、流動人口子女上學難、
[Abstract]:Equity in education is one of the most important goals for the development and reform of education. It is an important basis for safeguarding the rights and interests of citizens, promoting social equality, preventing the solidification of social strata and improving the quality of life of the people. Since the reform and opening up, great progress has been made in promoting education fairness in our country. However, due to the lack of a clear understanding of the connotation of education equity for a long time, the lack of a sound social policy system for the development of education, and the unreasonable allocation of educational resources, In the eastern and western regions, the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas hinders the development of education equity in China. It is expensive to go to school, difficult to choose a school, and difficult for the children of the floating population to go to school.
