基于西方社會互動理論的教師合作研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展和教育改革的不斷深入,人們逐漸發(fā)現(xiàn)加強教師彼此之間在教學、學習以及研究當中的對話、溝通和合作是促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效途徑之一。教師要從獨立走向合作,從封閉走向開放,教師合作成為當前教師教育研究中的一個熱門話題。在西方社會互動理論的啟發(fā)下,探尋促進教師有效合作之路是本文所要研究的問題。本文主要采用文獻法、歷史法對文獻資料進行整理和歸納,以西方社會互動理論為基礎(chǔ),運用其中的符號互動、角色理論以及交換理論的原理對教師合作的應然狀態(tài)進行了描述,并結(jié)合理論對當前教師合作存在的問題進行分析,最后為促進我國教師有效互動合作提出建議。本文包括緒論在內(nèi)共分為五個部分:緒論部分交代了選擇該問題的緣由、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、相關(guān)概念的界定以及本文的研究思路、方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第一部分從宏觀上闡述了教師合作的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),并對當今教師合作的發(fā)展趨勢及特點作了總結(jié),最后對教師合作具體形態(tài)及其內(nèi)容進行了介紹和敘述。第二部分是理論基礎(chǔ),從西方社會互動理論的視角分析了教師合作的涵義、實質(zhì)、原則,描繪出教師合作的應然狀態(tài)。第三部分以西方社會互動理論為視角,反思當前我國教師合作當中存在的問題并從教師自我、“重要他人”以及合作與競爭張力三個方面分析了影響教師互動合作不足的原因。第四部分是依據(jù)教師合作中可借鑒的經(jīng)驗以及西方社會互動理論,從提高教師自身合作意識,營造互動氛圍,豐富教師互動形式以及均衡教師合作中競爭與合作的張力這幾個方面著手,試圖營造出有利于教師合作的外部環(huán)境,從而促進教師之間的有效合作。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the deepening of educational reform, it is gradually found that strengthening the dialogue, communication and cooperation between teachers in teaching, learning and research is one of the effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers. Teachers should change from independence to cooperation and from closed to open. Teacher cooperation has become a hot topic in the research of teacher education. Inspired by the theory of social interaction in the West, it is a problem to be studied in this paper to explore the ways to promote teachers' effective cooperation. This article mainly adopts the literature method, the historical method carries on the collation and the induction to the document material, takes the western society interaction theory as the foundation, uses the symbol interaction, The role theory and the principle of exchange theory describe the ought state of teacher cooperation and analyze the problems existing in teacher cooperation combining with the theory. Finally some suggestions are put forward to promote the effective interaction and cooperation of teachers in our country. This paper is divided into five parts including the introduction: the introduction part explains the reason of choosing this question, the significance of the research, the domestic and foreign research summary, the definition of related concepts and the research ideas, methods and innovations of this paper. The first part expounds the development of teacher cooperation from the macro point of view, summarizes the development trend and characteristics of teacher cooperation, and finally introduces and describes the concrete form and content of teacher cooperation. The second part is the theoretical basis. From the perspective of the western social interaction theory, it analyzes the meaning, essence and principle of teacher cooperation, and describes the supposed state of teacher cooperation. The third part, from the perspective of western social interaction theory, reflects on the problems existing in teacher cooperation in our country and analyzes the reasons that affect teachers' lack of interactive cooperation from three aspects: teacher self, "important others" and cooperation and competitive tension. The fourth part is based on the experience of teachers' cooperation and the western social interaction theory, from improving teachers' awareness of cooperation, to create an interactive atmosphere. To enrich teacher interaction and balance the competition and tension in teacher cooperation, the author tries to create an external environment conducive to teacher cooperation and promote effective cooperation among teachers.
