【摘要】：大愛胸懷是梅貽琦師生關(guān)系理念的基石,這種愛是將父子之愛與教育家的莊嚴(yán)之愛融為一體。"從游論"是梅貽琦師生關(guān)系理念的核心,教師對學(xué)生不僅負(fù)有傳授知識的責(zé)任,更重要的是要肩負(fù)學(xué)生全面成長的任務(wù),言傳身教,為學(xué)生在人格修養(yǎng)、人生境界上樹立榜樣。梅貽琦對他的師生關(guān)系理念作出了終身不渝的實(shí)踐,全方位融入學(xué)生生活,隨時注意向?qū)W生傳達(dá)立身處世教育和人格教育�；貧w愛的原點(diǎn)、把學(xué)生放在第一位、以平等的態(tài)度對待學(xué)生以及重視教師的人格修養(yǎng)是他的師生關(guān)系理念及實(shí)踐給予我們的啟示。
[Abstract]:Great love is the cornerstone of Mei Yi-qi 's teacher-student relationship, which combines the father and son love with the solemn love of the educator. " The theory of travel is the core of Mei Yiqi's concept of teacher-student relationship. Teachers are not only responsible for imparting knowledge to students, but more importantly, they should shoulder the task of students' all-round growth, teach by words and deeds, and set an example for students in their personality cultivation and life realm. Mei Yiqi made a lifelong practice of his concept of teacher-student relationship, integrated all aspects of student life, and always paid attention to convey to the students the education of standing in the world and personality education. To return to the origin of love, to put students in the first place, to treat students with equal attitude and to attach importance to teachers' personality cultivation is the inspiration given by his conception and practice of teacher-student relationship.
