【摘要】：社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展推動(dòng)教育邁進(jìn)了信息化的時(shí)代,2004年12月25日我國頒布了《中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》,這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的出臺(tái),促使教師的教育技術(shù)能力開始被社會(huì)各層人士普遍關(guān)注。農(nóng)村小學(xué)因其地域條件的劣勢、教學(xué)資源的短缺等因素一直制約著教育信息化的發(fā)展,農(nóng)村小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力是加快農(nóng)村學(xué)校教育信息化的關(guān)鍵所在,由于數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科的重要性和特殊性,數(shù)學(xué)教師成為了急待提高教育技術(shù)能力的關(guān)鍵群體,因此全面提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力勢在必行且尤為重要。采取調(diào)查問卷的方式來獲取農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的研究分析,得出其能力發(fā)展較低的原因。從學(xué)校、數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科以及教師個(gè)人方面著手,分析原因,并提出提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的策略,以期改善農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀。本研究主要分為五部分:第一部分,緒論。主要包括問題的緣起、研究目的意義以及思路與方法。第二部分,小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力相關(guān)概述。通過文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,梳理教師教育技術(shù)的涵義以及教師教育技術(shù)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)對(duì)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師教育技術(shù)能力的研究狀況進(jìn)行分析與歸納。第三部分,農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。本章主要通過整理問卷、課堂觀察和訪談這幾方面數(shù)據(jù)及材料,分析農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的發(fā)展情況,并做原因分析。第四部分,提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的應(yīng)用策略。本章主要從學(xué)校、數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科以及教師自身這三方面著手,提出提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力的途徑,以期改善農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力現(xiàn)狀。第五部分,結(jié)語。對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the society has pushed education into the information age. On December 25, 2004, our country promulgated the Education Technical ability Standard of Primary and Middle School Teachers (try out). To promote the teachers' educational technology ability began to be concerned by all levels of society. Rural primary schools have been restricting the development of education informatization because of the disadvantages of their regional conditions and the shortage of teaching resources. The educational technical ability of rural primary school teachers is the key to accelerate the informatization of rural schools education. Because of the importance and particularity of mathematics, mathematics teachers have become the key group to improve the ability of educational technology. Therefore, it is imperative and especially important to improve the educational technology ability of mathematics teachers in rural primary schools. The present situation of the development of mathematics teachers' educational technical ability in rural primary schools is obtained by questionnaire. Through the research and analysis of the present situation, the reasons for the low development of their abilities are obtained. This paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of school, mathematics and personal teachers, and puts forward some strategies to improve the educational technical ability of primary school mathematics teachers in rural areas, with a view to improving the present situation of their educational technical abilities. This research is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction. Mainly includes the origin of the problem, the significance of the purpose of the study and ideas and methods. The second part, the elementary school mathematics teacher education technical ability related summary. Through the method of literature research, this paper combs the meaning of teachers' educational technology and the standards of teachers' educational technology ability, and analyzes and summarizes the research status of teachers' educational technology ability at home and abroad. The third part, the rural primary school mathematics teacher educational technical ability investigation statistical analysis. This chapter analyzes the development of rural primary school mathematics teachers' educational and technical ability through questionnaire, classroom observation and interview. The fourth part, improve the rural primary school mathematics teacher's educational technology ability application strategy. This chapter mainly from the school, mathematics discipline and teachers themselves three aspects, proposed to improve the rural primary school mathematics teachers' educational technology ability, in order to improve the rural primary school mathematics teachers' educational technology ability status. The fifth part, conclusion. This research is summarized and prospected.
