“輪崗”是對教育治理的新考驗

【摘要】:正自《關于推進縣(區(qū))域內義務教育學校校長教師交流輪崗的意見》頒布以來,我國教育進入"輪崗時代"。"教師輪崗"是促進教育發(fā)展、優(yōu)化資源配置的新機遇,有助于解決諸多教育頑癥。從整體的教育生態(tài)來看,當"教師輪崗"實現(xiàn)后,尤其是優(yōu)質資源的定期流動,將顯著改變"擇校"局面。以福建省福州鼓樓區(qū)為例,2013年該區(qū)"熱門小學"的班級人數(shù)平均是54.5人,而在教師輪崗實施后,這一數(shù)字降至49.6人,最少的班
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the "opinions on promoting the exchange of views between principals and teachers of compulsory education schools in counties (districts)", China's education has entered the "rotation era". " Teacher rotation is a new opportunity to promote the development of education and optimize the allocation of resources. From the perspective of the overall educational ecology, when the "teacher rotation" is realized, especially the regular flow of high-quality resources, the "school selection" situation will be changed significantly. Taking the Gulou District of Fuzhou, Fujian Province as an example, the average class size of the "popular primary school" in the area in 2013 was 54.5, but after the implementation of the teacher rotation, the number dropped to 49.6, with the least number of classes.
