【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)對(duì)心理服務(wù)需求的增加,我國(guó)兒童康復(fù)心理學(xué)人才的需求量正在逐漸增大,兒童康復(fù)心理學(xué)人才將逐漸成為我國(guó)緊缺的高級(jí)人才�，F(xiàn)有的心理康復(fù)人才培養(yǎng)體制存在著專(zhuān)職教師能力有限、教學(xué)資源嚴(yán)重缺乏、人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)過(guò)低等問(wèn)題。文章建議通過(guò)準(zhǔn)確定位人才應(yīng)用能力,構(gòu)建合理課程體系,擴(kuò)展實(shí)習(xí)及實(shí)訓(xùn)資源,提升師資團(tuán)隊(duì)水平等方法促進(jìn)我國(guó)兒童康復(fù)心理學(xué)人才的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increase of market demand for psychological services, the demand for children rehabilitation psychology talents is gradually increasing, and children rehabilitation psychology talents will gradually become the shortage of senior talents in our country. The existing psychological rehabilitation talents training system has some problems, such as limited ability of full-time teachers, serious lack of teaching resources and low training goals. This paper suggests that the development of children rehabilitation psychology talents in China should be promoted by the methods of accurately locating the ability of applying talents, constructing a reasonable curriculum system, expanding the resources of practice and practical training, and improving the level of teachers' team.
