教育現(xiàn)代化評(píng)價(jià)之核心指標(biāo)三問(wèn)

【摘要】：為什么教育現(xiàn)代化評(píng)價(jià)要有核心指標(biāo)?從指標(biāo)體系與唯一考核指標(biāo)的權(quán)衡中選擇了"核心指標(biāo)"。探討教育現(xiàn)代化評(píng)價(jià)核心指標(biāo)來(lái)自哪些核心價(jià)值,梳理現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中科學(xué)、民主、公平、正義和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等核心價(jià)值逐漸受到關(guān)注的演進(jìn)脈絡(luò),指出教育現(xiàn)化代評(píng)價(jià)的核心指標(biāo)與核心價(jià)值之間存在內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)�；卮鹁壓�"公平正義"價(jià)值及指標(biāo)是"核心中的核心"這一問(wèn)題,指出:公平正義價(jià)值全覆蓋于評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,全面反映了滲透教育活動(dòng)全程的從起點(diǎn)到過(guò)程到結(jié)果的公平價(jià)值;并強(qiáng)調(diào)公平正義是價(jià)值理性的回歸和對(duì)工具理性僭越的反撥,在我國(guó)教育改革的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,解決公平問(wèn)題正在成為教育治理的突破點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Why should there be core indicators in the evaluation of educational modernization? The core index is selected from the tradeoff between the index system and the sole assessment index. This paper probes into the core values of the evaluation of educational modernization from which core values, such as science, democracy, fairness, justice and sustainable development, are gradually paid attention to in the process of modernization. It is pointed out that there is an inherent relationship between the core index and the core value of educational modernization evaluation. To answer the question why the value and index of "fairness and justice" is the core of "core", it is pointed out that the value of fairness and justice is all covered in the evaluation index system. It comprehensively reflects the fair value from the starting point to the process to the result in the whole process of permeating educational activities, and emphasizes that fairness and justice are the return of value rationality and the backwash of tool rationality. Under the realistic background of educational reform in our country, Solving the problem of fairness is becoming the breakthrough point of educational governance.
